Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Perfectly located one turn from Manatee Park with unreal riverfront setting and nature views. You can lounge inside the huge living room with TV, wrap around couch and pool table. The outside is absolutely gorgeous and has a huge deck. There is a studio apartment included in your stay that sits just next to the main home. WE PAY YOUR AIRBNB FEES! The initial price might look a bit higher, but our final price is usually lower than others.

Whole cozy house

Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. Close to Babcock Ranch, Grace River Island Resort, Spring Training Facilities. This home is fully stocked from the kitchen to the linens. The evening sunsets don’t disappoint! We provide fishing poles, paddleboards and kayaks for the adventurous folks. Plenty of blankets, pillows and bedding.

Our Bunkhouse is pure charm. It is on the near-end of our 12-stall barn (Yes, our beautiful Quarter Horses are right outside your front door!). The Bunkhouse has been recently remodeled and decorated with love. Small and cozy, it has everything a couple needs for a romantic weekend or a week of horseback riding adventures (Trail rides and horseback adventures are priced separately). It's ranch living and guests love the country feel.

Pelican Coast

Relax with the whole family in this beautiful waterfront house. It is located on a canal of the Caloosahatchee River and has direct gulf access and its wonderful beaches to enjoy an excellent vacation. The area is a fantastic place for fishing, boating and nature lovers. The house has a private boat dock with one lift. Boat owners/renters can bring boat and keep at our dock during the stay. The boat dock is free.

A screened-in pool area is illuminated by soft lighting, creating a serene evening ambiance. Two lounge chairs are positioned beside the clear water, which reflects the surrounding environment. Behind the pool, an open space reveals glimpses of a dining area and a kitchen.
