Our stay at Wischis Florida Home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful details throughout the home. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to everything we needed. The house was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all the essentials, making it feel like a true home away from home. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a lovely pool area where we spent most of our time soaking up the sun. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

We loved staying here! Our favorite part of the day was relaxing here. Appreciated the baby items available (crib, pack n’ play, high chair), beach & pool gear, & the well-stocked kitchen (spices, cooking oil, cookware, etc). All of these little details made our stay extremely comfortable.

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had a great stay. Location is great for boaters looking for a spot convenient to Sanibel Island or other spots like picnic island. House is very clean with everything you need to relax and enjoy the Florida weather.

We visited for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. The house was just what we expected in the communication was extremely quick! Great location and very spacious for a group vacation! The hosts also went above and beyond when planning for our trip, they ended up ordering a crockpot and volleyball to be there upon our delivery! Highly recommend!

From the minut we arrived it was just such a nice home. Very clean and up to date. Pool exceeded our expectations love the water fall wall especially when the sun about setting. the beach is just 2 minutes away in car, had the most gorgeous sunset view I've seen in a while. Definitely would love to come back !

We loved the house, loved the view, appreciated that there was cookware. We had a few glitches but Christina was super responsive and helpful and was very kind and compensated. We would definitely stay here again. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this home or hosts. I love the Cape Coral area! Love this house

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

Perfect Beach Getaway. Our stay at Bella Bahia was wonderful! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and just a few blocks away from the beach—perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Ian, the host, was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive and responsive, always just a message away. His communication was superb, ensuring we had everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Was perfect for our group. We were visiting for a business meeting and a large house with four bedrooms (all with ensuites) meant we could extend our meeting discussions to morning and evening. Plenty of space to not get in each others way.

We stayed at this amazing vacation home that exceeded all of our expectations! The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the beautiful heated pool, and hot tub perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Dock for fishing and setting. Plus, we were just a short drive from some of the best restaurants in the area, allowing us to indulge in delicious meals. I highly recommend this vacation home for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a fantastic getaway!

Wow! Our second stay at Annalena's place was just as amazing as the first! It truly feels like our home away from home. The home shines with cleanliness and brightness. The surroundings are simply stunning! Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the dock or watching gorgeous sunsets at night, the beauty of the property never failed to impress. A refreshing dip on a hot day or a relaxing float under the sun, the pool added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We're already planning our next visit because we just can't get enough! His attentiveness and communication made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had the best time at Daniel’s place! The house was absolutely spotless and looked just like the photos. Check in/check out was easy, and there was plenty of restaurants nearby for us to enjoy. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and if we come back to the area we would definitely want to stay here again!

Great place, but if you have children be aware there isn't a baby lock for the doors to the pool, which there are 3 of them.
