Loved our stay at Joeldys place, beautiful view of the canal in the back and plenty of wildlife, couldn’t have asked for more :)

Beautiful condo in a very quiet neighborhood. Just as described, close to beaches and tons of restaurants, overall great location and great experience staying there. 10/10

absolutely stunning villa. pictures don't do it justice. lovely peaceful location. the pool is just amazing and the beautiful kitchen was just a pleasure to cook in. Marco was always responsive in anything we needed. we will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks

I loved this place! It was absolutely beautiful, gorgeous outside area to hang out, and a short walk to the beach! Since the area is still rebuilding there are empty lots on all sides, but even if there wasn’t there is a nice privacy fence all around. We packed all of our beach things, just to find out they had beach chairs, boards, toys, a cart, an umbrella, the whole 9 yards! And a bunch of beach towels. It was truly one of those places you just need to show up with some clothes and could pretty much be set for the week! If we decide to go back to the area, I will definitely be trying to get this place again. Aaron was also great and very responsive any time I messaged him. Highly recommend!

What a great house. My family and I had an amazing time. The house was super clean. The pool and back dock area were a great feature of the house. Lots to do in the house. Great location. Tonya was an amazing host. Great communication, always responded quickly and was super nice. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Ryan was the easiest and most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. The neighbor is immaculately landscaped and maintained. Everyone was friendly and the deck area was a beautiful place to just hang out and relax on. It’s screened in and we had no problem with the noseeums. The location is perfect to lots of dining options and shopping.

We booked a couples getaway and this Airbnb was perfect!! Kelley was super responsive and flexible with the check in time. The amenties in the house were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed....coffee machine, plates/utencils, even and air fryer! The beach was a 5 minute walk (loved that chairs, umbrell and a wagon were provided as well!) and a 15 minute walk to the Times Square area. The interior design of the home was amazing and the details really made it a trip to remember.

We chose Dina's location for its private heated swimming pool and access to local amenities and attractions. It didn't disappoint. Our young family were able to enjoy swimming daily and choose to either dine in or eat out. Thoughtful consideration for our toddler and baby including a pack N play, child friendly kitchenware meant that our kids had a fantastic time and so we were able to too!

I will definitely be back. I really enjoyed staying at the McGregor Life cottage. Anthony was very helpful and made me feel right at home. I am solo female traveler and felt very safe. The neighborhood is walkable and I enjoyed viewing many sunsets over the river. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. A highlight for me was the filtered water system built into the kitchen sink. Didn't have to buy bottled water... great bonus. Nice off the street parking and a relaxing place to sit outside the cottage to enjoy the birds and mature trees. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and had a great layout! Everything you may need was available. I am a bit of a neat freak and had no worries walking into this house. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!! Terry was very helpful with all instructions and recommendations. You definitely don’t want to miss this diamond in the rough!!

Wonderful place close to the beach. We had everything we needed! Remodeling being done on neighbors house but no one was there when we were there so it was ok. I’m the future, swimming pool will be back to back with neighbor and not so private. Hoping they can put something in between for more privacy down the road. Otherwise, we truly could not ask for more in a house and for location. Absolutely amazing spot!! Host is super responsive to your needs. We needed a pump for floaties and it was there within an hour!

From the moment we walked in the front door, we knew our holiday was going to be incredible. We had a very late flight and Cara unlocked the door for us on arrival to make entry smooth as silk. Waiting for us was a welcome card and as we walked room to room, we were in awe. The pictures do not do this home justice and not a single detail was overlooked. It is impossible to not feel at home and we are so thankful we made the choice to stay at Cara’s resort. Cara was extremely responsive and proud of the local community. We dined at several of her recommended spots and not disappointed at any of them. The outdoor kitchen made it difficult to leave however, we wanted to experience the local life. Thank you Cara for being an attentive and caring host. We hope this will be a place we visit with our family many times in the future. 🩷

Well kept, very clean home in a quiet neighborhood with accurate pictures. It has a lovely kitchen, a clean laundry room, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a really nice outdoor patio/lanai area with fun, multi-colored lighting around the pool for nighttime swimming. Check in and out was a breeze. The host promptly answered a question we had about the pool during our stay. The rental is located in a good location with a Publix and Walgreens only five minutes away. We also enjoyed the marina down the road which is open to the public (they have a coffee shop there we loved and enjoyed outdoor seating over drinks and brunch). The pool area, use of the kayaks, and beautiful sunsets were the highlights of our stay.

Wonderful stay! Clean and functional, everything we needed was provided, from games to towels to umbrellas to chairs. Pool was wonderful, golf carts were great, house was very nice, beds were comfortable, outdoor living spaces were perfect. The on-island property manager was super responsive and helpful. We loved everything about our stay and we hope to stay again someday!

David’s place was a little out of the way to get to everything. But it worked for us as his place gave us everything we needed for our stay. The house next door was a little sketch but we had no issues with any of the neighbors! It’s a very nice home. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Very dog friendly! He even has a board for the dog to climb out of the pool. Nice fenced in back yard with a doggie door that my dog enjoyed using! ❤️

This home is beyond beautiful with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, we stayed for a week at the beginning of May and thoroughly enjoyed our time there, we needed relaxation and that is exactly what we were given, we hated to leave. The hosts Susan, and Alex were very kind, and attentive. If you have a chance to stay at this property, or another of their properties beautiful properties I encourage you to do so you will not be disappointed. Thanks so much Susan, & Alex for making our Florida vacation a fantastic one!!

This was our first time in N. captiva and my kids said it was the best week of their lives. The guidebook provided was very helpful before and during our trip. The idea of a no car / store island felt a little daunting when packing but because of the clear instructions we felt prepared. The home was clean and had all the essentials and then some. Whenever I realized I forgot something it would magically appear in cabinet, they did think of it all in terms of stocking essentials. We had a few minor hiccups along the way as to be expected but they were taken care of. It has been requested by all our kids we visit the island annually. Can’t wait to be back.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless—truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything matched the description perfectly, from the layout to the amenities. The neighborhood was so peaceful and private, which made it easy to relax and feel right at home. The pool area was absolutely beautiful—super clean, well-maintained, and perfect for lounging during the day or unwinding in the evening. We loved how close we were to so many great restaurants too. Every night we tried something new and delicious just a short drive away. You can tell the hosts really care about the guest experience. Even the little touches—like a thoughtfully stocked kitchen—made a big difference. Would absolutely stay here again!

This wonderful beach house comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a place to unwind, relax, and disconnect from everyday life. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that is truly refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

This is the second time we've stayed at Kevin's place. It's an awesome house and a great value. The best feature is tbe outdoor living space, with a huge pool, dining area and kitchen. The views from the canal are so peaceful, you'll spend a lot of time outside! Kevin is a superior host and is very accommodating.

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

Family had wonderful time staying at Villa on the Sands and greatly enjoyed the heated pool. House was exceptionally clean and well decorated for Christmas and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed walking to the park nearby.

Mindy was amazing and extremely helpful- quick to respond to messages and she provided her phone number so that we could call about anything. We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home sitting on the canal. This home is close to all of the beaches that we wanted to explore - within a 25 to 30 minute drive - which wasn’t bad for us. The pool was so magical overlooking the canal with spectacular sunsets! Early morning coffee on the dock was just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful start to each day. Bikes were such an extra perk. I was able to ride down to the country club every evening (it is open to the public) and enjoy evening concerts outside when they had them. Perfect for little tots. Very accommodating regarding high chairs and crib. Overall our family had a magnificent time and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you ‘Mindy! 😊

If you are looking for a peaceful place with a perfect outdoor setting, this is THE place. Our group was looking for a place where we could spend a majority of our time outdoors as they had several seating areas, a pool and a hot tub and it exceeding our expectations. We LOVED the direction that the backyard/patio area faced as we wanted sun on the pool all day long and that is what we got! The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house with private access to the patio which was a perfect setup as we had 2 couples in our group. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. We didn't have time to use all of the amenities they included, but they definitely paid attention to details for those that might. This in one of the best places our group has ever stayed, and if we come back to this area, we would absolutely rent this home again! Oh yes.. and the beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable, even better than mine at home. :)
