The best location, period. This very quiet and private one bedroom apartment has a paved & shaded parking . To ensure a long night rest there are black out rolls on windows. Private courtyard with Gas grill & side burner. 1 block from Publix supermarket. Walk to FSW State College. Walk to Barbara B Mann theater or Suncoast Arena. 10 miles to Fort Myers Beach. 17 miles to Sanibel Island beaches. 8 miles to Downtown Fort Myers and just 15 miles to the SWF International Airport. 2 parking spaces.

Perfectly located 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo! Nestled on a public golf course with a wonderful pool area, it is the perfect combination for a peaceful vacation. The condo is centrally located by everything one needs to relax and enjoy the Fort Myers area. We have gone the distance to make your vacation memorable. The spacious condo has adjustable beds, which will provide you sweet dreams. Close to the beaches, shopping, airport, golf, and tons of restaurants. Guests can also enjoy the pool area.

This vacation rental unit has been totally rebuilt and is now ready to welcome guests again! Nearly everything is new (as of 2024) and it is likely one of the nicest studio apartments now available on the entire island. Skip the dated condos and hotels and get ready to enjoy this newer, nicer option, located just 1 short block (800 feet) from the sand. As you’ll see from the reviews it had a great track record before the storm, and it’s been rebuilt even better! Enjoy NEW!

Lovely gulf-view unit less than 40 steps to beach, pool or laundry. Master bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds in side room that can be private space. Guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king bed upon request. Living room has a newqueen sleeper sofa. 4 smart TVs, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Private one car garage with beach chairs and beach umbrella. Unit is on 3rd floor with an elevator in close proximity. Completely remodeled with many extras!!

Lounge chairs are positioned beside a pool adorned with a bright pink flamingo float. Lush greenery surrounds the area, providing a tropical ambiance. Soft white towels are neatly rolled on each chair, and a patio of brick pavers leads to the calm blue water.

This corner unit allows for outstanding canal views and privacy. Tennis and heated pool are just downstairs. Two bicycles are available.
