Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

A stylish and convenient fuss-free solution when I needed a few nights stopover. The bathtub was huge and perfect for a good soak! Loved the proximity to Ventnor seafront and all the lovely local shops. Long stay carpark is literally the other side of the road and I always got a parking space.

Our second stay at the Salt Shack and it didn't disappoint. We've loved long dog walks on the beach, sea swimming and fossil hunting! This is the prefect place as one of our party has a disability. 😊

This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

Loved where Tom-pass The key's home is. Very peaceful. Lovely out look from the conservatory. Beach is 5 minutes by car. Chichester 10 minutes by car. Really lovely place.

A Perfect Countryside Retreat on the Isle of Wight Our recent stay at Kern Cottage in the heart of the Isle of Wight's countryside was absolutely delightful, and we couldn't recommend it more highly. It offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The peace and quiet were exactly what we were looking for, and we enjoyed several walks right from the doorstep. The property itself was spotlessly clean. The cottage is well- appointed with a fully equipped kitchen including a small dishwasher and a washing machine. We particularly appreciated the cosy log-burner for chilly evenings and the thoughtful welcome hamper. It truly felt like a home away from home, with high-quality finishes and everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. A highlight was watching the red squirrels from the window and bottle feeding one of the orphan lambs. Thank you Georgina!

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. What can I say - lovely space as described, spa facilities second to none… Lush! X6 adults comfortably enjoyed everything Cedar Lodge had to offer, literally cannot wait to book again! 1 even better if - blinds on velux in main living space (where sofa bed situated) probably no bother in winter months. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking of booking, just do it!

Lovely accommodation, in a good location and with plenty of amenities. the hosts were helpful and even helped us book the ferry tickets. We would definitely stay again.

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

We had a 2 night stay during half term. The lodge was perfect t for what we needed. Easy to find, had all the necessary amenities and the hot tub was a great bonus!

Really loved our stay. The lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. Pet friendly especially the enclosed veranda wrapping round the lodge. Wendy was lovely, greeting us upon arrival to ensure all was well and answer any questions. Well equipped in all rooms and extremely comfortable with lots of storage. Liza was a great host and very responsive and informative. The chalet was easily walkable to the beach and local town, place was spotless with lovely comfy beds! milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were all left for us too, which was really thoughtful.

Charlotte and Tony were so friendly and helpful and the Cabin was perfect for our needs. It was lovely and quiet but within easy walking distance of Seaview village. The Cabin was very well equipped and we really appreciated all the extra touches and treats ! Our two little dogs also had a great time ! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

What a gem! We felt instantly at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was beautifully appointed, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We're so glad we chose to stay here and will absolutely return on our next visit to the island.

What a beautiful location for a break away. The barn is situated on 3 acres of gorgeous garden that leads out onto some great walks. The town is only a few minutes walk from the barn and both our dog Frosty and bunny Kayleigh loved the open space and peace. Frosty especially loved playing ball with Archie the dog :) Absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back! Thanks so much Nick, Jo and Archie for making it such a wonderful break.

Fab property, has all the equipment and extras you need for a great holiday or weekend break. The home is just as described and the host was great with communication, would definitely recommend!

My Son, his girlfriend and myself stayed at Kirstys place and it was home from home. It is spotlessly clean, spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing break. Restaurants, shops are a brisk five minute walk away and in 10-15 mins you could reach the seafront. I have have visited the IOW many times over the years and this is somewhere I would highly recommend for cleanliness, convenience and value for money.

The location was perfect .. Closer to the Village yet still walkable to the beach .. house was ultra modern .. beautifully furnished , high quality crockery , glasses etc . Beds were super comfy and beautiful high quality bed linen . The outdoor space was perfect for the dog , would have loved a hot tub rather than a sauna ..( just saying 🤣) Great bathrooms huge showers .. will definitely re book

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon
