Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

Parking: allocated parking space at the nearby hotel car park (1 min walk from the apartment), also there is unrestricted parking on the road opposite. Bus stop and train station are near by. We have a key lock box , so you can let your selves in.

There is an open plan kitchen, dining area, sitting room, shower room and two bedrooms (double and single).
