Cozy studio apartment near Sandefjord city center.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house with a view towards Sandefjord city center. A flight of stairs is needed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning in summer. Proximity to many swimming beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 mins by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

Cozy Basement apartment near Torp airport, train station, boat to Sweden and only 2km to walk to the city center. Here you have most of the time you need to stay. If you have a car, you can park right outside. Possibility to sit outside in front of the apartment and use the garden if desired. Europris , Coop Xtra and Menu, Pharmacy in walking distance from the apt. We are a family of 3+2 cats living in the house above. We have an active girl of soon 6, so a little life and touch in the house is. Good play buddy if someone has kids :)

Annex/small house with walking distance to the sea (750 meters) and Sandefjord city center (900 meters). The house contains a small bedroom with window and double bed 160cm. Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The lower floor is out of use when renting. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

We rent out a basement apartment of about 40 m2 in our residence. The house is located in a quiet residential area, only about 500 meters from the city and the harbor. In the area behind the house is Hjertnesskogen, where there are nice views of the city and the fjord. There is private parking inside the plot, and there is access to a large garden in front of the house. The apartment has a separate entrance and there is a small patio available.

An outdoor terrace is presented, featuring a glass dining table surrounded by four chairs. The view reveals lush greenery and a glimpse of the water, with distant boats visible under a partly cloudy sky. Nearby houses are also part of the peaceful landscape.

Beautiful view of the sea from a large terrace with sun until late at night. Suitable for up to 4 people. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and the other has a bed (120x200) and a smaller bed (190x80). Private parking place in carport. Modern apartment with own entrance.
