The cabin has two beautiful beaches with both sand and rocks. Pier with swimming steps and freshwater shower a 5 minute walk away. (Shared with 8 cabins). The cottage has views to the sea and the Tønsbergfjord with Skjellvika, Stauper and Tjømelandet. The cabin also has an outdoor shower (also by the jetty) and outdoor kitchen. One terrace faces south with a barbecue area and a sea view, the other faces west with a sunset and the sea there as well. The cabin is located on top of Stigeråsen, but still in a sheltered location. 3 parking spaces. Stairs must be tolerated.

It is 10 minutes to walk to the ferry port to the Strømstad ferry. Family built in 1954 with recently installed electricity, mains water, bathroom and separate toilet. Kitchen from 2020 with dishwasher. Access to private pier to swim in the ocean as well as kayaks, tennis court and great hiking opportunities included.
