The cottage has views to the sea and the Tønsbergfjord with Skjellvika, Stauper and Tjømelandet. The cabin also has an outdoor shower (also by the jetty) and outdoor kitchen. One terrace faces south with a barbecue area and a sea view, the other faces west with a sunset and the sea there as well. The cabin is located on top of Stigeråsen, but still in a sheltered location. 3 parking spaces. Stairs must be tolerated.

The brewery house is part of the farm, an old timber house built in 1910. The house was renovated a few years ago and appears bright and spacious. The home can accommodate 7 people. There are 3 beds on the ground floor. The second floor with 4 beds is divided and partially open-plan. It appears to be a sleeping loft.
