The house is newly renovated and has all the amenities that make your stay easy. The house does not have its own bedroom, but a very good sofa bed in the living room that is quickly turned into a bed in the evening, as well as a double bed on the loft (attic). The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped so you can choose to eat at home or take the short trip down to the city. Parking for car just outside the house.

This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea on Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. The guest house dates back to the late 1800s and was originally a home for shoemakers and servants in its time. The guest house is recently renovated and delicately decorated with three double bedrooms, and offers most of the facilities you need during a stay. We rent out our spacious 70's holiday home, with beds for 8-10 (4 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The house is located on a mountain top, with sun all day and fantastic views of Lahellefjorden. The house is located 100 meters from the water as the crow flies. 5 min walk and you can swim at the local jetty or beach. Hiking areas right outside the door, with a great coastal path across Østerøya. From here you can quickly reach Skjellvika and other beautiful sandy beaches.

Annex/small house with walking distance to the lake (750 meters) and Sandefjord city center (900 meters). The house contains a small bedroom with window and double bed 160cm. Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The basement is not in use when rented. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
