The location is ideal for hiking, ski tours, snowshoeing, cycling or just walking. The apartment is located on the first upper floor. The apartment is about 40 m² and has a large covered terrace which invites you to relax. When booking, you will also receive the Turist Pass which offers you various advantages.

Quiet, central location with parking right in front of the house. The Reinbach Waterfalls and the center are within easy walking distance. The property is very spacious, has a great conservatory (veranda vetrata - unheated in winter) and offers direct access to the lawn in front of the house. Our guests receive the Holidaypass: free use of public transport in South Tyrol and, in May and June 2026 and 2027, free use of the lifts in Skiworld Ahrntal.
