Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The "Apartment Dui Residence Bun Sté" is located in San Vigilio di Marebbe in an excellent starting point for excursions in South Tyrol and in the Dolomites. The name "Bun Sté" is Ladin and means "good stay" and this is exactly what this diverse region offers its guests, including varied hikes, beautiful ski slopes and exciting climbing tours. The modern furnished apartment has a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, ventilation (no air conditioning), washing machine and dryer – both are located separately in the laundry room in the basement and are shared. There is a TV in both bedrooms as well as in the living kitchen.

Great apartment with lots of privacy on the first floor of a detached house. You are very welcome to share the beautiful garden for relaxing or sunbathing. The integrated kitchen provides a maximum of autonomy. The bathroom is very spacious. In the sleeping room 2 people can spend the night comfortably in the double bed. In the kitchen/living room, there is located an additional pull-out sofa for 2 more people/children for staying overnight.

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
