In a fenced residence with covered parking, thirty meters from the sea and adjacent to pine forest and bike path, close to restaurant, swimming pool, ice cream shop, stores and main services. A corridor leads to the comfortable kitchen with a sofa bed, the double bedroom, and the bathroom with shower. Outside there is a covered storage room with washing machine and a large balcony overlooking the sea. Equipped with awnings and air conditioning. Ideal for a couple or a family with two children

The house, located in the historic heart of Termoli. Inside you will find a small bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Netflix! At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. There is also a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed.

The apartment is in a historic building, with the original brick vaults, just outside the village walls. It consists of a large living area, with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and table, and sleeping area with double bed. The bathroom has been recently renovated, as has the kitchen. Located in the parallel of the main street with its restaurants, bars, and shops. Beaches and shores are within a 5-minute walk, as is the marina for boarding to the Tremiti Islands.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Guests are allowed, but there are other apartments nearby.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
