The apartment is brand new, clean and with convenient parking. Through the underpass of the station you can reach the center and the beach in 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is suitable for couples of friends as each bedroom has a full bathroom inside and therefore privacy is fully respected. Davide was welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay.

We have been traveling Italy for the last two months. This was by far the very best Airbnb we have had the entire time. the amenities were over the top. Everything was thoughtful and comfortable. The local sweets that were on the table for us when we arrived as well as a homemade jar of tomato sauce are just some of the small yet thoughtful touches . It was easy to stay there. A gorgeous building and super awesome hosts. We would stay there again in a second.

The apartment, new, is in a very central and pedestrian area of the city on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the surroundings and mountains. Every activity or service can be easily reached on foot. The house is warm, the beds comfortable and the living area has a new kitchen. Very welcoming. Despite being surrounded by shops and nightlife, the nights are quiet. We will certainly be back.

Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

Luisa is an impeccable host and the apartment in Pino reflects the description and photos. The sea is only a 5-minute walk away, and the possibility of using umbrellas and deckchairs on a very beautiful beach is highly appreciated. A more than positive experience that we will definitely try again.

This is a small but nice, clean , and centrally located apartment on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Everything was as described and the host Mimoza was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it.

She gave us great check-in instructions and was very caring. The location is ideal for exploring Pescasseroli and its surroundings. A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

Perfect stay! We were two couples with three children, huge space in the house, equipped with every comfort and need. It is a perfect location to reach Passolanciano! Mr. Fiore was very kind and available for all our needs!

Perfect vacation in a dream place! We stayed in this beautiful vacation home for 5 days and we couldn't have asked for more! The house is exactly as described (indeed, even more beautiful in person), very clean, with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort. The location is fantastic, in the hills, with a beautiful view. The house is cool and quiet, equipped with a swimming pool, garden, and indoor parking. A special thanks to Bronis and her husband Mauro, who were very kind and always available, who welcomed us with great warmth and provided us with very useful tips for exploring the area. Very clean apartment and equipped with all the essentials, including breakfast. The beach is easily accessible on foot. Dora welcomed us in person and was very kind and helpful.

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

We booked Christel's condo specifically to be as close to Bonefro as possible to explore ancestry and it was exactly as described. The condo was very beautifully renovated, with care to preserve charm and character. A cute medieval village that was pleasant to walk around with friendly shop keepers and a local vegetable truck that visits the village center. Christel greeted us according to our schedule, allowed us to check in early and had a lovely bottle of local wine waiting for us! She communicated and knows the area very well and offered helpful suggestions for local restaurants, shopping and sights...she even tried to help us connect with locals who could provide info about our ancestry! The views were incredible, especially from the pool terrace! Unfortunately, it was too cool to swim, but we enjoyed a card game and glass of wine while relaxing next to the pool. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay at Guiseppe's place. The world's nicest host. Fantastic service. Beautiful surroundings and right on the beach Mare Blu. There was also a beautiful pool on the property for free use. Recommended

We spent a very pleasant week in Michele's apartment, equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is also very pleasant and organized. Michele was always very helpful in recommending us and also in welcoming us! If we go back to the area, we know where to go! Highly recommended!
