Kid-friendly vacation rentals in San Sai District

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Luna and Lulu's forest house was an absolute dream!​​ 🌿 We spent a rejuvenating week in this charming two-story home surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. The interior’s cozy, artistic touches made us feel like we were living in a fairy-tale cabin nestled in the woods. Luna and Lulu’s thoughtfulness shone through every detail—from the well-stocked bathroom essentials to the yoga mats that added to our relaxation. Our favorite moments were sipping tea in the tranquil garden and unwinding in the sunroom, where we listened to music while watching squirrels play among the trees through the windows. This oasis perfectly captured the serene spirit of Chiang Mai. We left feeling refreshed and already longing to return!

that's a really good place

Jetiya’s house is very decent and comfortable for family’s long-stay in Chiang Mai. If you rent a car, it’s also very convenient either go to the old town or go north to Chiang Dao or Chiang Rai. Jetiya and her housekeeper are very patient and responsive for my questions. Highly recommend!

Tammey House was one of our best Airbnb experiences. The location is 10/10 so convenient to walk everywhere or hop in a Grab or on a Songthaew. The home is comfortable and beautiful. Khun Tam is so friendly and eager to help in any way she can. She helped arrange a car to take us to Doi Inthanon and also recommended many local activities and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with Ton was clear and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Not necessary but It would be even better if a weight scale was available, as it’s helpful for foreign travelers who often need to check baggage weight before flying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay in a nice walkable location.

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Nimman 1, Maya Mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony has a magnificent mountain view.The Host responded quickly and communication was smooth.The owner was happy to allow a late check-out for temporary reasons.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.There is renovation during the stay, and there is sometimes noise during working hours, which is unavoidable.The balcony door has a mosquito net, it's sealed, but you can still hear the plane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back if I get the chance. We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

It was my first time using Airbnb, and my one-month stay at Dcondo Ping was a truly pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations. The condo facilities — including the gym, swimming pool, and library — were excellent and easy to access. I especially appreciated the high level of security and the overall maintenance of the property, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to Central Festival, Chiang Mai’s largest and most vibrant shopping mall. I enjoyed spending time there and found it convenient for both shopping and entertainment. Communication with the host was always smooth, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail and care throughout my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

The house is soooo beautiful and comfortable feel like home, I really like the dark green sofa, we had a great time watching Netflix on it, the landlord is super friendly and welcoming! I definitely will come back again!

Everything was perfect. The location and facilities were great, and the host was very kind and helpful. I miss this place already. Thank you
