Apartment vacation rentals in San Sai District

I had a seamless weeks stay. Charles picked me up from the airport and dropped me off back to the airport at the end of my stay. Now that is service! Charles is a walking encyclopedia of Chiang Mai, and his knowledge of the best tours and places to eat were invaluable to someone unfamiliar with the place. He really has a passion for ensuring you have the best stay possible with his advice and recommendations. You get the sense he really wants you to have great experiences and to make long lasting memories of Chiang Mai. The apartment is a nice sprawling accommodation with a huge kitchen / dining with 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, shower and toilet which gives a nice opulent feel to the place. The cleanliness was well above standard and everything is in perfect working order. I would definitely stay again.

It's nice to rest with the pool~ It was nice to be able to walk to the Central Festival. It was nice to have a table tennis and a pool table. ^^ I didn't change the water filter once during my 5-day stay. There were two bathrooms, so it was good for 4 families to stay. I recommend the nearby night market (only Mon and Tue) and the local market, Luamchok Mall (within 10 minutes by taxi). You can also buy fruit cheaply ^^ (There are 3 malls: Lotus Mall, Top Mall, Limping Mall, and there is also a Korean restaurant ~) You have to take a taxi to get anywhere, so it's a good idea to rent a car if you're staying for a long time.

A fantastic place to stay! We spent a month here and felt like at home. The interior is quite modern, thoughtful, convenient and aesthetically pleasing. The host is extremely responsive and provides very good services. They even offer weekly cleaning of the apartment at not cost which we have not experienced before at Airbnb bookings. Wifi is fast for remote working purpose. Kitchen and bathroom are functional and clean. Location is superb — walking distance to maya, one Nimman etc and there are plenty of massage places, restaurants and bars for you to enjoy the Chiang Mai night life. We even got a walk-in massage at 11pm one day. They also provide two free bicycles to use which really saved a lot of time for us. There is also a motorcycle rental place downstairs that provides very good service if you want to go somewhere far away. Hope next time we come back to Chiang Mai we can stay here again!

It was more spacious and better than the photos. It's been remodeled, so it's neat, and it's quiet because it's in an alleyway near Nimman, but the amenities are close and it's really the best place to stay! I had a 20-day schedule in Chiang Mai, and this was the second best place after an expensive resort. It's just a two-room apartment.

Great balcony view of the mountains, the room is clean and smells really good. The host is very responsive and solved my problem really soon. Definitely recommend to everyone.

We’ve spent 50 nights at the apartment and we loved every minute. The complex is fantastic: very safe, very clean, well maintained and small-scale. The apartment itself is cozy, quiet, well equipped spacious compared to many other studios in Thailand. The neighborhood offered loads of local and cheap restaurants and places for a drink. And last but not least Lucy did her utmost to make us as happy as possible: every request was answered immediately and in a very friendly way!

Tik was a great host. Although I didn't meet her in person; her communications were always thoughtful, clear, concise & prompt. The condo was great! Just as pictured. It had everything I needed. Clean & well appointed. The washing machine & detergent was especially nice. The pool was perfect to cool off in at the end a day of exploration. Very conveniently located in the heart of Nimman. Nice restaurants & shops away from Nimman Rd on Nammana Haeminda Rd, at the end of the st. I highly recommend staying here.

Favorite stay in Nimman area and a great place to stay, close to the restaurants, cafes. malls and a short drive to the mountains. Excellent apartment.

I'm Korean. This is a certification shot restaurant, so why aren't there many reviews? It's 100% the same as the picture. I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Ban Chang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only soft lighting, it's really emotional. You know that you can use it 24 hours a day, not that you're keeping it clean? It was very comfortable thanks to the large table and chairs in the accommodation There was a big refrigerator, so it was very comfortable. However, it is not a linoleum, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the window is a wooden window, The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. A home keyper is a must. I personally highly recommend it. You don't have to go to a pretty cafe, just buy a coffee You can eat in the garden of the accommodation.👍🏻 I was using an umbrella on a rainy night Eating local noodles while walking around the neighborhood I really liked that kind of sensibility. Maybe because it was a local area, it wasn't noisy But in the morning, the chicken was so noisy... it seemed like it was next door. If you need a high-quality product, I tried to make it. A really lovely, homely place to stay in Chiang Mai. Vincent has gone the extra mile in providing everything you could need. From clothes washing liquid, to cooking condiments, tea, coffee, shower gels.. it was all there. Cosy lighting in the evenings too. I also appreciated his Chiang Mai guides for where to eat, socialise and exercise. A very good host.

I stayed at Padma’s apartment for over one month. The space is super cute and full of all the necessities one might need during a long stay. The location is great for exploring the Nimman area. Wifi was excellent and the hosts are the most kind and helpful people. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Everything about this place is well thought out and perfect for remote work. The desk setup is solid with an ergonomic chair, a monitor on an adjustable arm, and a reliable WiFi connection that handled video calls without a problem. There is even a whiteboard for jotting down tasks or planning your day. The apartment also comes with a 55 inch smart TV and four Bluetooth speakers. You can connect to them easily by plugging in the adapter stored in the cabinet under the TV. It was great for background music while working or relaxing after hours. The co host was flexible and allowed us a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The bed is comfortable and the overall space is clean and functional. The view is awesome and made long coding sessions a lot more enjoyable. There were some building renovations during my stay but they only happened on two days out of the week. It didn’t really impact me. I just played music through the speakers and kept working. Recommended!!

Great location in Nimman, close to everything yet just away from the main street. The apartment itself was really nice. Comfortable bed, nice building, I would stay here again! The pool is nice but not much sunshine available due to the building blocking it. The host was amazing, very accommodating!

Great place to stay in Nimman district. Very convenient for shops, bars, restaurants, Maya Centre, massage etc. Condo itself is very clean and easy to access. Pool is great with direct sun 10:30-13:00 in January. Gym has enough equipment to keep you going and maintaining fitness. Great communication from Por

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

I really enjoyed this place. The window overlooking the street is perfectly placed. The bathtub was very large, the bathroom itself was pretty cool. Overall, I will definitely book again when I am having another event in the area

Very, very convenient neighborhood! 2-3 min walk to Big C downstairs. There is also a night market from Wednesday to Saturday. Very safe. 24-hour security. We rented a car ourselves and there's parking space. Security staff is super nice. The whole neighborhood is really comfortable and convenient. Experience the life of a local. There's a small food stall behind the 711 at the intersection. I ate there for three days. I'll stay again next time I go to Chiang Mai! The hostess is super nice, she knew we rented a car and waited for us to give me the parking ticket, and gave me a private guide, recommended the coffee in the neighborhood and the nearby massages are super good! Had a great experience😄

The living room and the room were large, so it was nice to use. The location is good, so it's easy to get around on foot. It was nice to have lots of restaurants nearby. However, the water pressure is a little weak, so please note.
