Vacation rentals with a sauna in San Sai District

This was such a lovely apartment to stay in! Really felt like home, the facilities are beyond with three pools, a music room, Pilates and yoga room and sauna. Would highly recommend, the hosts were beyond helpful with helping me obtain my visa too!

A nice and quiet apartment. Shipping mall and Big C nearby, far away from street noises.

I had a very peaceful and quiet stay at the one condo. It felt like being on a resort. The gym was well equipped, the grounds were well kept, and during the weekday there is courtesy shuttle service that takes you to different locations such as the market, the mall, the grocery store etc. for only 20 Bhat both ways. The security are very friendly and there is a really good restaurant that will deliver your food for free around the corner from the condo. The owner was diligent and timely with communication. Mobility is a small challenge. However you can walk to festival mall, 7 eleven, Amazon cafe and lots more in about 20 min. I highly recommend!

Taking the kids to Chiang Mai for two weeks while on the winter break, this time we chose the one condo.This apartment in Rita was sparkling clean with a sofa bed in the living room and sometimes it was very convenient for me to cook porridge noodles in the morning.There is also a Chinese customer service that can be ordered to the room, as well as a pick-up and drop-off service and a Thai massage.The slider pool is accessible from the balcony, and across from the LEGO room and gym.The neighborhood also has a shuttle to various supermarkets and attractions every day.Because I'm going home to New Year, I really want to stay for a few more days.

I was very happy with Jing’s place. The flat itself seems quite new, with AC. The bed was comfortable and the swimming pool was very nice. The building itself is nice and close to an hypermarket and a 7eleven. The only point I would note is that a few more utensils and cutlery in the kitchen would be useful as it was really hard to cook. And besides this huge kitchen machete-like knife there was no table knives. Besides that all good, thank you 🙏

I stayed for a month in the winter, and it's located at the end of the hallway, so you can stay quietly without any noise from the next door. I was very pleased that they handled it immediately on the same day when I requested a repair due to a small problem in the kitchen.

Had a great stay here. Really enjoyed the balcony and the building rooftop for views of the city and mountain. Would stay again.

The apartment complex is very nice and very quiet. It’s a nice modern complex with a nice gym and pool. The apartment was nice. Very clean and cosy. My only negative would be that the sofa was not too comfortable and a bedside lamp would be nice in the bedroom. The shower was broken and the water was cold. The owner offered to fix this but I wasn’t at home long enough to let the engineer in. I would stay here again because of the amenities and how peaceful it is.

We had a problem with aircond but the host fixed it very quickly. Other than that everything was good!

As a family of three we loved the place and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nice, clean and cosy. Somphot is an awesome host, he was very responsive and helpful from the moment of booking and throughout all our stay. The check in and check out instructions were clear and given well in advance so we had a peace of mind on the days of travel and finding the place and getting inside was smooth and easy. A wonderful studio apartment. Really lovely complex with gym, pool, co-working office etc. The apartment is well presented, very clean, lots of items are very new (great towels for example) Everything you need. We stayed for about a week and it was great. Very close to the mall where you can find lots of eateries, shops etc, and only 20 minutes from Chiang Mai Airport. Finally the host is lovely, very friendly, flexible with us on check-out. Would recommend.

A beautiful and tidy apartment, ideal for a long-term family stay, with all the essentials. The view from the window is beautiful and comfortable for entertaining. The apartment is close to the mall and restaurants.

Luxury Spring Festival by the Ping River - Unforgettable Tour of Chiangmai Villa In the Spring Festival of 2025, I traveled to Chiang Mai with 18 of my family and spent a 10 day dream vacation at Tina's villa.This villa, hidden by the Ping River, is like a world away from the world, quiet and beautiful, and we just stepped in and reveled in it. This is a residence on the Ping River, containing a four-room single-family villa and three separate pool rooms with a gym, yoga table and theater room, with separate tea house and family showroom, huge dining and living room, spacious and bright, easily seating 16 - 18 people.Everyone sits together, tastings, and travel insights.In the yard, the pool is sparkling, and the trail next to the table is unique. In the afternoon, sit at the table, breeze, watch the light and shadow in the pool, and feel the oil. The seven rooms of the villa are in a variety of styles, but they are filled with a rich East Asian cultural flavor.In the room, the Chinese calligraphy pen is overwhelming, the Japanese print strokes are delicate, the Thai carved Buddha statue is full of charm, the owner carefully searched all kinds of treasures, each adding a unique artistic charm to the room.The wooden main structure of the villa has been baptized over the years, but it is still well maintained, with many noble and elegant, exquisite, and every piece is a rare art treasure.It is no exaggeration to say that it is more of a family museum or an art gallery, and the reputation of "luxury villas" is true. The villa's service team deserves the luxury of the villa.The Jane team consists of a thoughtful butler, a masterful chef, two hard-working service staff, and two skilled gardeners.They are immense and take full responsibility for our three meals and living.The chef's carefully cooked Thai food, the flavor is absolutely comparable to the dishes of the local Michelin restaurant, and our group, especially the elders, praise these delicacies.The two service staff were very responsible, and regardless of our needs, they were very responsive, and even helped one member of the team wash the stained shoes after running, which was really touching.Jane, the housekeeper, is the bridge between us and the service team, who not only gave us local tips, shopping guides, but also patience to guide us on how to cope with life's trivia, such as medical medication.Particularly thoughtful, she also prepared local specialty ingredients for us, sharing Chiang Mai's flavor with us, adding a lot of fun to our trip. Chiang Mai, a small town full of surprises.It is hidden and sophisticated, with unique little shops, those subtle hobbies and hobbies that require us to slow down and discover them.The rice field coffee that you accidentally encounter during your trip, you just need to spend a long half a day, you can revel in it; several mini fairs, full of human fireworks, the lively atmosphere does not lose the commercialization of those intentionally created; sit inside the Blue coffee shop of the Chiang Mai Agricultural College, looking out the corn field and the Persian Juyuan, time seems to be slow.Chiang Mai, a big city with a panoramic mountain near, far from Mt., Chapa viewing deck and monks can see the whole view of Chiang Mai.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

Supansa is a great host and replies to messages very quickly. We had an issue with the hot water not being enough to fill the bathtub and she promptly had the water tank replaced. The location may not work for some but it was perfect for us while we looked for a long term rental in Hang Dong close to the international schools. Thank you!
