Condo vacation rentals in San Sai District

We really enjoyed staying here for over two weeks. The condo is spacious and the facility has incredible amenities, including several huge pools (one has a slide), a fitness center, a music room, and even a Lego room. Walking to restaurants and shops at Central Festival mall was very convenient, as were pickups and deliveries. The hosts were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We arrived during a smoky season in Chiang Mai. When I asked if an air purifier was available, the host purchased a brand-new purifier and delivered it to us. I am so grateful that we had pure air for our entire stay. All in all, I highly recommend this unit.

This was my second stay at Kannikas condo and I was super happy again. The hosts are very welcoming and proactive and the apartment is modern and light. It’s located in a side street which makes it quiet and private. The bed is super comfy and not hard at all, which was a nice break from some other places I stayed. Thank you again. I will be back for sure. 😊

I was going to live for a month... There were a lot of things that I was worried about... First of all, security and security were important because I was with my children... There was a separate elevator key, and there were a lot of people living in the condo, so it was quiet and nice.. There were traces of the building and furniture in a bit of time... It was built sturdy, so the children could play as much as they wanted, and there was no noise between floors... I left fruit in Southeast Asia.. There was an issue with the ants, but they took care of it quickly, and we were careful, so it was okay from then on.. It was nice to have a washer and dryer.. The cooking utensils were good, so I was able to prepare my children's meals at home every once in a while ~ It was nice except that the drainage after the shower was a little regrettable ~ There is cleaning and changing sheets once a week.. Good! Ah!! You brought the water every time you cleaned it. I used it well. The pickup service after arriving in Chiang Mai was also good. I used it well for a month ~

We love visiting Chiang Mai and Ta’s place did not disappoint as a great option for housing. She’s done well to transform the space in such a unique way. Lots of beds (mattresses were a little hard for our liking but everyone is different on their preference). The space felt clean and inviting, and as a host, Ta was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We loved the location as it is walkable to Maya Mall, One Nimman, and so much more! It is a place that was certainly worth the price and one that we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend!

First, the instructions for check-in steps were very clear and smooth, which was very convenient unlike some other places. The location of the condo is reachable to most of essential places within walking distance. The host was very responsive to the needs of her tenants. I’ll definitely stay here again if I ever get a chance to visit Chiang Mai.

We had a very nice stay and feeling like home. Well maintained room and the whole building. In the middle of Nimman area, easy to do things and get around. Great host, always responsive in very timely manner. Great kitchenware, kitchen facilities and food storage boxes. The room has a nice view of Suthep which is very rewarding. Few things that can be further improve: may be good to lighting at the make up table, bedside. Dimming light to avoid disturbing our roommate who hasn’t waken up yet. The drainage at shower area was slow.

One of our best accommodations in 6 months, we are digital nomads and we need good accommodation, spacious and with a good location: we sleep in all the boxes here, small bonus to the gentleman at the entrance of the establishment who is a real gem 🤩

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

The hotel is located nearby the city the room is cozy and clean the host is very nice and kind the staff are warmly welcome and useful :)

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

Apartment in the heart of the Nimman area. A huge number of restaurants and several 7-Elevens just a few minutes' walk away. Despite that, the street itself was quite quiet. The apartment was very clean and had everything you might need. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous balcony.

You have to expect the plane noise. I couldn't sleep the first day I arrived. However, the area around Nimmanhaemin is all this level, and it gets better from the second day as you get used to it! The house was cleaner and better organized than the photos, and I was satisfied throughout my 7-day stay. It's located in Nimmang Haemin, but it's in a quiet alley, so you can really stay quietly except for the plane noise. The pool is also clean and well maintained! The host was so kind and responded quickly, so I was able to enjoy a happy vacation. I strongly recommend it!

Fantastic location! The place is well-maintained and exactly as described. Throughout our entire stay, we enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere with almost no noise or distractions. Spotted cool squirrels a couple of times climbing trees, and enjoyed listening to birds! The owners were incredibly accommodating. Everything we needed was already in place. They even stocked fresh bottled water upon our arrival, and when we hinted at an internet cable connection, it was set up the next day! No real disadvantages, if I were to stretch it, maybe an annoying digital door lock and thin walls where we could rarely hear anyone talk or shut doors. Does it get better than that? A solid 10 out of 10!

The location is close to the biggest merchant in Chiang Mai, backs up to the bus hub, and still friendly for the little mates who want to take a bus somewhere else.The hotel for this booking is on the 22nd floor, and the room is designed to be Chase room, but the layout is obvious.The decoration is light and luxurious.With a small terrace, the view is wide (it's convenient to watch the sun rise).The homestay is fully equipped and the free small water bar is the most comprehensive.The bedding is comfortable and relieves fatigue every time you wake up.Would love to take it home.Every time you come back, there is a sweet smell of mango.Infinity pool and sauna on the 5th floor, and the gym is fully equipped.It is really reassuring to live in this homestay.

Very nice apartment near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Nice view from the balcony as well. Would highly recommend for a stay in Chiang Mai!

It was a trip that I planned for the purpose of 'rest' because my body and mind were tired from overworking. I just needed a quiet room, and I found a place with lots of cafes and restaurants that were easy to walk to, and this was the place. It's very quiet, except for the occasional sound of an airplane. I saw the reviews before I booked, and I went prepared to use earplugs, but I didn't use them. I was concerned at first, but I got used to it over time. Very famous restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk. Also, I had the pleasure of buying pineapples and mangoes sold near the road every day and eating them at home. (The fridge is large and nice) There was a washing machine and detergent, so I took a small amount of clothes, and I felt like I was really living at home while doing the laundry during my week-long stay. Whenever you need help, I was grateful for the host's really quick response. I had a good rest for a week, and I want to stay again next time.
