As a family, we have often traveled to beautiful places, but we have never thought: here we still want to come back. We did have that now. The house is in such a special place: a private beach in the bay. An azure blue sea, where we swam wonderfully. The wonderful hiking trails, where nature, in spring, when we were there, was completely in bloom. We have completely relaxed there. Sonia, who received us and who we were always allowed to ask questions, was so helpful. When we had a flat tire with the rental car, she drove all the way to the garage to see if we were ok. Extremely sweet and warm woman.

Villa with enchanting view in Perdalonga,Chia

GlebRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had a great stay at Mariano‘s place in a lovely part of Sardinia. The place was amazing with magnificent sea views from the patio and master bedroom’s terrace. A small beach which was never overcrowded was just a few minutes walk down the hill from the property via a little path, but was also easily accessible via a flatter road from the village.Other beaches, probably the best in Europe were also easily accessible. One needs a car to enjoy a holiday there to be able to get to the nearby amenities, beaches, restaurants, but we were fully prepared for it. Mariano was very helpful, he and his wife greeted us personally at the property, showed us the ropes and gave us plenty of useful local advice on shopping, markets, restaurants, activities. It was quite hot during our stay but air-conditioning worked well. An outside shower was a very nice and convenient feature on coming back from the beach. We had a great time and hope to be back soon! Thank you, Mariano!

Casabianca Tuerredda

GiadaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Ramon and Valentina were perfect hosts, friendly and caring. The villa with garden is a small oasis of tranquility, leaving the balconies open you can hear the sound of the sea from inside the house. The house has all the amenities that allow you to have a nice vacation, it's like feeling at home. Everything is very tidy and clean. They paid special attention to our children, providing us with a crib, high chair, changing table, and even diapers. Upon our arrival, we found a basket full of fresh, delicious vegetables. The villa is less than a five-minute drive from the beach, in my opinion, the most beautiful in southern Sardinia, the Tuerredda beach. I highly recommend staying here and if we return to the area we will stay here again.
A cozy living area is captured, featuring light-colored, striped sofas. An open archway leads to a bright kitchen with decorative tiles. A table with chairs and various kitchen items can be seen in the background, adding a homey touch to the space.

This place is a true gem! The house is very private with big terrace overlooking the bay, surrounded by lots of trees and plants, with direct staircase to the beach. There are plenty of other beautiful beaches within few minutes drive, too. The house is very tastefully decorated, clean and has everything you might need for a perfect stay. The communication with Matteo and Marco was excellent - always proactive, very quick in responding with lots of recommendations and tips. Overall - I wish we could have stayed longer! Best accommodation in Sardinia during our entire stay!

Villa Is Sorrisi

PietuRating, 5 stars20 months ago
This beautiful villa is a perfect base camp for a peaceful sport family holiday with a car. A lot of hiking & biking possibilities, a large, nice garden with toys & playing possibilities for kids and beach nearby. The beds are comfortable and house has all necessary amenities. The third room is a mezzanine, good for sleeping (e.g. for bigger kids) but too low for adults to stand, access with steep wooden stairs (visible in the pictures). In practice the house ideally hosts one (large) family rather than two couples (with kids). Garden nicely decorated with great plants & night lights, beautiful views to the surrounding mountains.

Maria Teresa's house is a charming villa, in a secluded and quiet area. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a large living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a large loggia terrace where we had breakfast and dined very willingly, also because it overlooked a beautiful garden from which you could also see a beautiful glimpse of the sea. The house, bright, is equipped with everything you need and even more. The added value is then given by the hosts, welcoming and lavish with advice and ideas that have been very useful for us to get to know this side of Sardinia. We also recommend the bakery a few steps from the house that brightened our breakfasts with its pastries.

Villa with pool and garden, 1 km from the beach

MatthewRating, 5 stars12 months ago
We loved our stay at Villa Bianca and would highly recommend to families looking for a relaxing break. The villa is beautiful with views over the countryside and out to the coast and Isola Pietro are incredible. The pool area and gardens are beautiful, the pool was super for cooling off and swimming with the kids, nice beds and great bbq area. The villa inside is well equipped and very clean, and the beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. A car is required to drive into Calasetta and Sant Antioco, also make the most of the beautiful Oasi Blu agritourismo restaurant, which is right next door to the villa! The most incredible food. Thanks to Simona and team for always being responsive and helpful.
The two-story villa is surrounded by lush greenery and tall palm trees. A covered entrance is visible, providing shelter from the elements. Large windows illuminate the interior, while the exterior features a combination of light-colored walls and earth-toned stone elements.

We stayed at the Villa di Giampiero and Valentina for ten days. The house is steps away from the sea in a quiet and comfortable area to reach Carloforte. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, like the rest of the house that was recently tastefully renovated. We really appreciated the patio where we always had dinner and the barbecue area with a very comfortable outdoor shower. Valentina was welcoming and very helpful.

Magnificent sea view villa - Villa Clementina

MarkRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay in this villa was exceptional. The location was perfect next to Coaquaddus and the views were stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. Check in and out was very easy, and Sergio + Emilye were always available and there was great communication throughout. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed, and am deeply grateful for the experience!

Villa with pool close to the sea

DominikRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The house is very quiet and idyllically located on an unpaved road just outside the village, which can still be reached on foot. From the house, through the large panoramic windows and from the terrace, you have a magnificent view over the beautiful landscape to the sea. The house was clean, very well equipped, spacious, modern and fully air-conditioned. Stephanie was always available, the few problems that occurred during our stay (failure of electricity and water supply after a storm) were resolved impressively quickly. We felt extremely comfortable at the place and had a great vacation.
A panoramic view captures a coastal landscape featuring a serene sea in varying shades of blue, dotted with small rocky islands. A historic watchtower is positioned on an inviting green hillside overlooking the water, with a clear sky above and gentle clouds scattered in the distance.

Su Mari Su 'Entu villa with private access to the sea

The accommodation met our expectations. A quiet place to relax. Perfectly furnished and equipped house. Ice cream, watermelon and plenty of coffee were a pleasure. Access to the water is over large rocks but can be walked or driven to a convenient beach. We were quite bothered by flies, wasps and stinging mosquitoes. Overall a lovely accommodation.
The exterior of the property features a spacious garden with lush green grass and mature palm trees. Colorful potted flowers adorn the stone paths, leading to a welcoming entrance. A light-colored, sunny building blends harmoniously with the surrounding natural landscape.

Villa Paolina Calasetta, private pool, patio

JulieRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Our family; two adults, and three children (3, 6 and 9 years old) spent a wonderful week at Margherita’s place. The house was very clean, with a nice garden, and quiet and private surroundings. There is a large terrace in the shade, perfect for relaxing. Three bedrooms, but for one of them you have to go outside of the house and up some stairs. The pool was great; half of it was shallow (the two eldest kids could stand there) and the other half was very deep (perfect for jumping, even for adults). We had a great time!
The exterior of the villa features a covered patio adorned with soft curtains and a wooden seating area, surrounded by lush green grass. The entrance showcases Mediterranean architectural elements, while colorful plants add a touch of natural beauty.

A place to go off the big crowds in the north of Sardinia. Can recommend location, house and host. Nicely furnished. A couple of details that needed fixing and were, partly, taken care for. Price/experience ratio on the higher side.
A serene outdoor area showcases a swimming pool surrounded by natural rock formations, with wooden decking facing two sun loungers. Lush greenery and trees provide a tranquil setting, while a two-story white villa stands in the background under a clear blue sky.

Relax and nature in villa with pool

MarieRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We loved staying at Stefano's property! It is accessed by a small dirt road. The house is located in a nice corner of nature surrounded by trees and a small orchard. It is arranged in a modern way (excellent wifi connection) with 2 bathrooms and a large terrace on which you can eat with views of the countryside. Small simple kitchen to prepare small meals. It's truly a pleasure to stay there. The place is charming and relaxing. We highly recommend it.
An aerial view captures a lush landscape surrounding a vibrant blue pool. Olive and other trees provide ample greenery across the well-maintained lawn, with distant mountains visible beyond the property. The spacious area offers a sense of tranquillity and privacy.

Where do we even start! This place is amazing! The villa is huge! We hired both the ground appartment and also the 1st floor apartment. Even though there was 10 of us, it felt very spacious and we didnt feel crowded. The grounds are vast and the pool is massive. It felt more like a small hotel - lots of rooms and lots of space. Francesco was very helpful and accomodating - even though we do not speak Italian and he did not speak English, we managed to communicate without any problems. We had a perfect week at the villa!!

for those looking for tranquility , surrounded by greenery

PatrickRating, 5 stars23 months ago
Mario and Sylvia are the best. Very nice, helpful, humorous... it was a huge joy to meet you. The house is totally cozy and located in quiet surroundings. On the driveway you drive directly under a fig tree and immediately have the right atmosphere. The garden and pool is huge, very neat and beautiful. Our son even learned to swim in the pool and also for our dog it was absolute paradise. Mario and Sylvia have great tips for things to do that we have all followed. There are great beaches and coves nearby. Porto Flavia is not far away and definitely worth a visit. Sant Antioco and Calasetta are quick to reach and offer all the shopping you need. (And of course they are beautiful)! Get an ice cream and take the ferry to Carloforte. It's worth it. It's difficult to put that into words... it was the perfect vacation. Thanks Mario and Sylvia!!! See you next year! 😍😍😍
