Villa vacation rentals in Sardinia

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Stephanie’s villa. The place had everything we needed – a lovely pool, a barbecue area, and a fully equipped kitchen. At first, we were a bit worried about not being close to the beach, but just a 10-minute walk from the villa there's a stunning viewpoint on a cliff where you can watch the sun set into the sea – absolutely magical! The pool water was still a bit chilly during our stay, so we didn’t use it much, but that didn’t bother us. One thing to note: guests are expected to take all their trash with them when they leave. It wasn’t an issue for us, just something to be aware of if you haven’t encountered that before. Overall, a great experience!

We felt right at home, the environment was extremely welcoming and well cared for. An oasis of peace and tranquility with the noise of the sea in the background. Very spacious and perfect spaces for both a couple's or family's vacation or one with friends. Giuliana and her husband were extremely helpful and welcoming to us. I really enjoyed the experience and would love to do it again in the future.

An unforgettable stay with Lorenzo! My stay in Orosei was simply fantastic – especially thanks to Lorenzo! From the first moment, he was incredibly warm, helpful and available at all times. You can tell right away that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. The place was spotlessly clean, lovingly decorated and perfectly located to explore the fantastic beaches and the old town of Orosei. I especially liked the relaxed, authentic atmosphere – exactly what you want for a stay in Sardinia. Thank you Lorenzo for your hospitality and all the great tips. Definitely coming back!

Angelo and Matteo were amazing hosts! Always available and very helpful. They help us in the Check In. We went with my in-laws and it was spacious, clean and so comfortable the house! The decoration are lovely! It is close to Alghero and Sassari, many things to do around it between boat tours and hiking!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The view was spectacular from the villa, and we spent a lot of time sitting at the table outside looking out on the stunning scenery. The resort surrounding the house was very quiet and the main amenities were closed, as it was obviously low season in May. The surroundings were extremely quiet and private. The short path down to the beautiful little beach and the kayaks were great. There are loads of beautiful beaches either a walk or a short drive away, you’re really spoilt for choice. Stefania gave lots of useful recommendations for places to visit and the best restaurants In the area. The villa itself is basic, but had everything we needed. The living space is small, but opens out to the lovely patio and view. The downstairs bedroom is a decent size, but the upstairs bedroom is very low ceiling and wasn’t ideal for 2 tall adults, we bumped our heads a few times! The kitchen is very small, but it’s well equipped for basic cooking. We had a lovely time.

WE HAD A VERY GOOD WEEK. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. A VERY SMALL DRAWBACK TO FIND THE ACCOMMODATION WHEN ARRIVING. OTHERWISE, THE HOST AND THE ACCOMMODATION DESERVE 5/5 WITHOUT HESITATION.

Beautiful house, very spacious, well equipped, large garden with delicious figs, very nice terrace with beautiful views (sunset in the distance) and covered dining area. Unfortunately, busy road very close. We felt very comfortable. Very friendly introduction to the house by the landlord's mother. Thank you so much for letting us live in this house. Best regards

We were there for eight nights in late May/early June. It's a great place to stay. Everything was very clean and the amenities are really great. We didn't miss anything, everything has been thought of. The location is great, very quiet with lots of nature. Especially the view of the sea is fantastic, we had some very nice sunsets. We also found it very advantageous that the terrace provides shade until the afternoon. Every now and then a wild boar came into the garden for a short time, at first this frightened us, but after a short time we realized that they are very peaceful and we do not need to be afraid. The wild boars are not interested in us humans. We did not feed any animals. We highly recommend a stay at Villa Rainbow, it is a very enchanting place. It is only a few steps to the water.

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! Tranquil home set in a residential neighborhood overlooking the beautiful conca verde inlet. Short easy walk to the water for a quick dip. 5 minutes walk down the road to cafe and snack bar, plus a beachfront bar and boat rental during the high season. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: cookware, beach towels, umbrella, sun chairs, and more. The rooftop and outdoor patio overlooking the water was by far our favorite part! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Sardinia. Host communication was prompt and helpful the entire time.

Beautifully clean, and decorated. Nicolas place in a quiet cove in Sardinia, with spectacular views. A car is necessary to Accra the mountains, beaches snd surrounding towns, but worth it. The drive up the mountains to visit towns and historic villages was worth it. Local restaurants fabulous.

Villa Boeddu was the highlight of our 2 week stay all around Sardinia. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, welcoming us with wine and farm fresh chicken eggs each morning that we used for breakfast! The Villa is gorgeous and our group loved meeting the animals (which is optional of course, but we enjoyed) especially the baby goat Sebastian and albino donkey Giuseppe. Enrico and his brother sent us a brochure with great local recommendations in Alghero. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful stay, the place was tranquil and beautiful. Lorella was a welcoming and responsive host, she went above and beyond to make our friend’s birthday feel special. The little extra touches to the place are very thoughtful. Definitely be back to stay again.

The house is simply beautiful, very quiet, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would return any time. The host did an excellent job, and we had no complaints

Very nice house in a quiet place. A bit of a lack of lunch restaurants in the area but if you have a car that’s not much of an issue.

We had a great stay here. Although one of the beds was really too short (only approx. 180 cm long) the mattress was fine so we slept well. The area is very nice and calm, there is a nice view from the terrace and the distance to the port with many restaurants was easily walkable. The only thing that really disruptes our stay was the amount of wasps. Although we used the replent candles we coudln’t sometimes get rid of them so we could not enjoy outside eating as we planned. However, all in all I can recommend this place.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

Everything was absolutely fabulous. The house was gorgeous and so close to the town and the beach (which is one of the best beaches we’ve ever seen). Thank you Giovanna for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😀

Had an amazing stay, Piero is very responsive and proactively offered us a private chef experience (they were lovely!).

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

We were 2 families with a small child and 3 children visiting this villa in June 2025. We all enjoyed it very much. Open questions were answered very quickly to our utmost satisfaction. The villa is fantastic. The children can linger in the pool or on the nearby sandy beach. The house was very well equipped and was very clean. We only had to buy a few spices for the kitchen in addition to everyday use. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. And we really appreciated the punctuality. I'd love to come back, thank you so much!

Beautiful and tastefully furnished house near the beach, Michaela was always super accessible and reserved restaurants for us and always went out of his way. If you want to have a quiet holiday, you are perfectly taken care of there!
