Apartment vacation rentals in San Pietro Island

We stayed at Mariano’s place for 12 days and it was a great holiday. The apartment is exactly like the pictures with a few extras, super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the washing machine was really helpful and waiting for us were local snacks, wine, bottled water and Coca Cola. The check-in was super easy with the lockbox and free street parking. For a perfect beach day Mariano provided umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. Also provided were recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities and much more. We stayed in contact with Marian’s daughter Anastasia and she was super sweet, helpful and fast with her responses. If we come back to the sardines at another time we would choose this place once again!

Casa di Daniela is a very nice apartment, with everything you need, clean and comfortable. In a central but quiet area, you can easily get around on foot. There is a parking space in the yard, for a car that is not too big, otherwise there is a large free parking lot very close by. Daniela was a great host, present without being intrusive, kind and helpful. Highly recommended for those wishing to stay in Sant'Antioco

Great place for a family of kitters with kids. The large garden, pool and trampoline delighted our children.

Wonderful stay at the end of our amazing vacation on the magnificent Sardinia. Very responsive and friendly hosts. A large spacious house with all necessary amenities, well-equipped, with a huge terrace overlooking the charming roofs of Calasetta, the endless sea, yachts, and Sardinia. ... Magnificent sunsets. A beautiful wild beach is a 10-minute walk away. Nearby is an old church, ancient streets, the central square with cafes and restaurants, where you can hear the voices of playing children, flowers, bushes.Time stands still when you sit on the waterfront and look at the marina. Within walking distance is the ferry to the neighboring island of San Pietro, where you can taste delicious tuna and stroll through the lovely town Carloforte. We are very satisfied, wanting to return to Sardinia again and again. A big thank you for the hospitality!

Very nice stay in Sant'Antioco, the apartment is located facing the sea in a neighborhood 10 minutes' walk from the center. The beaches are accessible by car only, but this is not a problem since the parking space dedicated to the accommodation is easy to access (in the residence where the apartment is) and in the shade! Interior that looks like it's been recently redone. Just remember to take into account that basic foodstuffs (oil, coffee, etc.) are not present in the accommodation apart from coarse salt, the same for dishwashing liquid, and everything will be fine! Towels, tea towels, sheets, and soap on the other hand were waiting for us when we arrived :-) Very good communication with the host (remote only), very clear directions for check-in and check-out!

we took Ivan's accommodation to go to a concert in the Serbariu mine and it was really a stone's throw away, with a bike path lit at night. Ivan was immediately available and kind to give us all the necessary information, the house is very nice, very clean and tidy.

We stayed with Paolo in the 2nd half of September. He is super friendly, responds directly to questions, gives good tips. We felt very comfortable. The road to the house is a bit bumpy, but our Lancia Y handled it well. Most of the access roads to the swimming bays are also in no better condition, so you can live with it. The surroundings are very quiet, the view is great. Everything is available, even an umbrella for the beach. The apartment is well equipped, you can also cook something yourself and sit very nicely on the terrace, even in the rain, as it is covered. Everything corresponds to the pictures shown. A little tip, take something with you against mosquitoes. The critters are tiny, but you get big welts. The bedroom has a fly screen, but that only helps to a limited extent. All in all a very relaxing vacation with great weather. Mediterranean temp. 23-24°. We can recommend in good conscience :-)

Recommended, quiet area from which you can reach the beaches of the area with short trips. The house enjoys tranquility away from traffic. We felt right at home.

Our stay with Cinzia and her wonderful family was just perfect! From the start, they were incredibly helpful and warm. Although there was a problem with our rental car on arrival and we did not receive a car as agreed at the airport, Cinzia was immediately at our side. The taxi prices were extremely high, but Cinzia was kind enough to drive us personally to the nearest train station on our return. We are extremely grateful to her for this generosity! The apartment was also spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the morning cappuccino in the park directly opposite, at Gabriel's – it made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Cinzia for your kindness and helpfulness. We stayed at the property with two children for two weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the view of the bay was gigantic, the accommodation was well equipped as described and very clean. Fabio always gave us numerous tips quickly. You could reach various beaches on foot, even if it is a steep mountain on which the accommodation is located (for the view). There was nothing missing and we would come back immediately. Definitely a recommendation!

Very nice comfortable residence 8/10 min walk from the beach. Too bad the pool was too cold for the season.

We are delighted with our stay, that's what we expected. A quiet place, superb views, nature close to a small village (in which you find everything nearby, shops, restaurants, post office...), a convenient accommodation that meets the needs of everyday life. We left with our son just 2 years old, it was suitable for him too. Piero is a welcoming, attentive, understanding (he welcomed us despite our late arrival time) and discreet. We really recommend this host and this place on the island.
