The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. In a very idyllic, quiet location in the middle of the fantastic mountain scenery of South Tyrol, the St. Sebastian holiday home is located on the 1st floor of a house consisting of 2 holiday homes and the owner's home on the ground floor. The very modern and cosy apartment is built in the style of a loft and has a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. From here a staircase leads to an open bedroom with another double bed.
