Come and enjoy this 1-bed unit. A cozy and bright bedroom with a comfy Queen bed. The living room consists a dedicated dining area and a relaxing area with sofa and TV. The kitchenette includes a microwave, a small oven and a k-cup coffee maker, but No STOVE. Newly installed heating and cooling air conditioning. This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

Exotic getaway in Sobrante hills

This is Mongolian traditional yurt when we married 40 years ago, our parents built it for us. It is located in our backyard about 90 feet from the street on the deck under pine trees. Path to the yurt has 12 steps and 15 degree up on some part of the deck. We have beautifully decorated, half around, eclectic full bathroom outside the yurt just 2 steps away. Yurt has low front door and low beds and seats. No tv, no wifi. It is out of your comfort zone! No human contact, self check in.
