Vacation rentals with a patio in San Miguel de Allende

Very nice views from the patio. Conveniently located electrical outlets. Good WIFI. Amazing water pressure in the shower! The windowed bathroom is renovated as is the kitchenette. It's a nice mix of renovated details with traditional, original details -- like the terracotta floors. The area is generally quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Excelente anfitriona, la verdad un departamento muy bonito y el fraccionamiento muy tranquilo, tiene muchas amenidades y la vista es muy agradable. Fuimos a un evento gastronómico, pero el restaurante del fraccionamiento muy recomendable, todos los platillos que pedimos estaban excelentes. La pasamos súper bien y quedas invitado a regresar muchas veces.

Gran lugar para disfrutar de San Miguel de Allende. 10 min caminando del centro, pero al mismo tiempo alejado del bullicio y tráfico de la ciudad (que en fin de semana cuenta mucho, por que uno puede pasar mucho tiempo perdido en el tráfico). muy amplio y cómodo, buen mantenimiento y muchos beneficios (la terraza y el roofgarden con parrilla son de lo mejor!!!).

This apartment is truly outstanding-spotlessly clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and the apartment comes equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Guests also have access to a heated communal pool, ideal for relaxing. The property is situated outside the city center, only a few minutes away by car, within a secure gated community that offers 24-hour security. The host was welcoming and always easy to communicate with, making the entire experience enjoyable.

La casita es muy linda, y muy cerca de los lugares emblemáticos del lugar, tanto de día como de noche, es un lugar súper seguro para andar! Regresaremos definitivamente 🫶🏻

This classy, well-kept, and well-located place is wonderfully accessible to the Cathedral, the main plaza, and other key place places at the city center. As a poet and novelist, I loved the fact that the upscale apartments were named after major Mexican literary figures, such as Nobel Laureate Octavio Paz: respect for writers! I was grateful for, among other things, the sumptuous king-sized bed, the elegant rooftop terraces, the bedroom balcony, and the responsive and friendly hosts.

Hec fue muy amable desde un inicio y siempre estuvo en comunicación! Le pedimos apoyo para poder llegar un poco antes y sin temas nos dio chance, lo mismo con el horario de salida! Estamos encantados con el departamento, está hermoso, las fotos en serio no le hacen justicia a lo bonito que está!

La casa es hermosa! Igual que en las fotos y más bonita en persona, todo está muy limpio y la persona que te ayuda con la limpieza muy linda y amable, la ubicación está increíble, todo te queda caminando, nosotros nunca usamos el carro, el estacionamiento está a una cuadra caminando, muy cómodo. El agua de la alberca deli! Es un lugar en el cual me quedaría de nuevo!

Had a wonderful stay and would stay here again! Beautiful house (maybe even prettier in person?!) in perfect location (short, flat walking distance to main square yet peacefully quiet). Also great remote work setup thanks to the 2 desks, the fast and reliable Internet connection, and amenities. Laura was very responsive and helpful. Only suggestion would be to enable self check-in for greater flexibility.

Stayed at Miri’s lovely place for a wedding in San Miguel de Allende with a party of 16 adults. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of space to get ready for the wedding events and nice beds to come home to after a night of dancing! The location is superb with easy access to the center of town, and the rooftop has amazing views. I really appreciated how communicative and flexible Miri was throughout our trip. Thank you, Miri!

Amazing spot in San Miguel de Allende! Walkable to downtown area and great view from jacuzzi!! We love each room have their own bathroom. Definitely recommend for groups of 6 people or more!!!

I stayed here with six friends while in San Miguel de Allende for a wedding, and we had a wonderful experience. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. With four bedrooms and four beds, plus multiple fold-out couches, there was plenty of space for our group. Pedro was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond—especially when I needed help with a medical issue. I really appreciated the quick communication and support throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Hermosa casa, la ubicación está muy práctica, muy limpio, cuenta con todo lo que requiere una casa, la comunicación con la anfitriona muy respetuosa, eficaz y muy rápida. Excelente lugar!!!!

In our second month long, winter stay in San Miguel, we were looking for a place that was quiet and accessible. Farid‘s apartment ticked off all the boxes. It is placed on a quiet street, has a lovely courtyard that our apartment looked out on with outdoor tables to have an evening meal on and umbrellas for the daytime heat. Pretty much every place we wanted to go to was within a 10 minute walk of our apartment. Our housekeeper, Cristina, was always willing to help us whether we needed extra kitchen utensils or providing incredible laundry service including pressing every piece of clothing! Farid’s property manager, Martin, met us both at the beginning and the end of our visit, and made sure that everything was to our liking in between. As we think about the possibility of a third year return to San Miguel, we will certainly have Farid‘s apartment at the top of our list of possibilities!

Excelente las instalaciones del alojamiento; acudimos a una boda en la hacienda San Luis Gonzaga, nos quedaba justo a la vuelta de la esquina... Gabriel, siempre estuvo atento a nuestras peticiones y dudas, la casa cumplía perfectamente con lo que necesitábamos, tal como lo menciona su anuncio; sin embargo "como su gerencia", el colchón inflable es muy incómodo para la espalda, si pudiesen cambiar por un sofá cama, quizás sería una mejor opción ✍🏼 Volveríamos a alojarnos sin duda alguna!!!

El lugar es precioso! Justo como en las fotos! El condo esta en un lugar con mucha vegetación y la vista del balcón es muy linda, esta ubicado calle arriba y para ir hacia la Catedral hay que caminar cuesta abajo, pero en realidad es muy cerca (1KM). Romulus es un excelente anfitrión y estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo de nosotros y nos ayudo con lo que necesitamos. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en su estancia.

Realmente una excelente experiencia para mí y mi familia, el departamento está 10/10. Sin duda alguna volveré si tengo la oportunidad, te sientes como en casa por la comodidad, las amenidades y sin duda el aseo. Condómino con grandes amenidades, acceso fácil y simple para ir a diversos lugares, tienes supermercados, restaurantes, servicio médico, etc a menos de 5 minutos. Y los anfitriones son excelentes, buena comunicación y están pendiente de todo.

The host and co-hosts were very responsive, it's accesible to downtown and it's a beautiful place.

La hora de check inn y check out es conflictiva, sobre todo el check out ya que te obliga a estar con las maletas todo el día al ser 10:00am en cualquier otro lado es mínimo 12:00 Por el resto es un hospedaje muy bonito.

Un lugar muy agradable para pasar unos días de descanso, todo estuvo excelente. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, al igual que sus instalaciones. Los anfitriones super atentos y siempre al pendiente. Sin duda lo volveré a elegir :)

El lugar es hermoso y tranquilo, con camas muy cómodas y un ambiente agradable. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos durante nuestra estancia. Aunque disfrutamos mucho del alojamiento, vale la pena mencionar que no es muy fácil caminar al centro del pueblo. Siempre tuvimos que pedir taxi o Uber, especialmente porque el camino no es ideal para personas con movilidad limitada o problemas de salud. La propiedad es encantadora, aunque algunas áreas podrían beneficiarse de pequeñas actualizaciones. En general, fue una experiencia agradable y agradecemos la hospitalidad de los anfitriones.
