Vacation rentals with a patio in San Miguel de Allende

Very nice views from the patio. Conveniently located electrical outlets. Good WIFI. Amazing water pressure in the shower! The windowed bathroom is renovated as is the kitchenette. It's a nice mix of renovated details with traditional, original details -- like the terracotta floors. The area is generally quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent host, really a very nice apartment and the subdivision is very quiet, it has many amenities and the view is very nice. We went to a gastronomic event, but the restaurant in the subdivision is highly recommended, all the dishes we ordered were excellent. We had a great time and you are invited to come back many times.

Great place to enjoy San Miguel de Allende. 10 min walk from downtown, but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city (which on weekends counts a lot, because you can spend a lot of time lost in traffic). Very spacious and comfortable, good maintenance and many benefits (the terrace and the roof garden with grill are the best!!!).

This apartment is truly outstanding-spotlessly clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and the apartment comes equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Guests also have access to a heated communal pool, ideal for relaxing. The property is situated outside the city center, only a few minutes away by car, within a secure gated community that offers 24-hour security. The host was welcoming and always easy to communicate with, making the entire experience enjoyable.

The cottage is very nice, and very close to the emblematic places of the place, both day and night, it is a super safe place to walk! We'll definitely be back 🫶🏻

This classy, well-kept, and well-located place is wonderfully accessible to the Cathedral, the main plaza, and other key place places at the city center. As a poet and novelist, I loved the fact that the upscale apartments were named after major Mexican literary figures, such as Nobel Laureate Octavio Paz: respect for writers! I was grateful for, among other things, the sumptuous king-sized bed, the elegant rooftop terraces, the bedroom balcony, and the responsive and friendly hosts.

Hec was very kind from the beginning and was always in communication! We asked for support to be able to arrive a little earlier and without issues, he gave us a chance, the same with the check-out time! We are delighted with the apartment, it is beautiful, the photos really don't do it justice to how beautiful it is!

The place is amazing, exactly as described. Can’t beat location, great pool, bathrooms, amazing terraces. Would definitely come back! Only drawback was there is a venue nearby that hosts weddings and on Saturday it got loud inside the house.

Had a wonderful stay and would stay here again! Beautiful house (maybe even prettier in person?!) in perfect location (short, flat walking distance to main square yet peacefully quiet). Also great remote work setup thanks to the 2 desks, the fast and reliable Internet connection, and amenities. Laura was very responsive and helpful. Only suggestion would be to enable self check-in for greater flexibility.

Stayed at Miri’s lovely place for a wedding in San Miguel de Allende with a party of 16 adults. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of space to get ready for the wedding events and nice beds to come home to after a night of dancing! The location is superb with easy access to the center of town, and the rooftop has amazing views. I really appreciated how communicative and flexible Miri was throughout our trip. Thank you, Miri!

Amazing spot in San Miguel de Allende! Walkable to downtown area and great view from jacuzzi!! We love each room have their own bathroom. Definitely recommend for groups of 6 people or more!!!

I stayed here with six friends while in San Miguel de Allende for a wedding, and we had a wonderful experience. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. With four bedrooms and four beds, plus multiple fold-out couches, there was plenty of space for our group. Pedro was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond—especially when I needed help with a medical issue. I really appreciated the quick communication and support throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

In our second month long, winter stay in San Miguel, we were looking for a place that was quiet and accessible. Farid‘s apartment ticked off all the boxes. It is placed on a quiet street, has a lovely courtyard that our apartment looked out on with outdoor tables to have an evening meal on and umbrellas for the daytime heat. Pretty much every place we wanted to go to was within a 10 minute walk of our apartment. Our housekeeper, Cristina, was always willing to help us whether we needed extra kitchen utensils or providing incredible laundry service including pressing every piece of clothing! Farid’s property manager, Martin, met us both at the beginning and the end of our visit, and made sure that everything was to our liking in between. As we think about the possibility of a third year return to San Miguel, we will certainly have Farid‘s apartment at the top of our list of possibilities!

We loved the house! Very clean, beautiful and quiet. We felt right at home. We are definitely coming back to this house.

The place is beautiful! Just like in the pictures! The condo is in a place with a lot of vegetation and the view from the balcony is very nice. It is located up the street and to go to the Cathedral you have to walk downhill, but it is actually very close (1KM). Romulus is an excellent host and was always attentive to us and helped us with what we needed. I would definitely stay at your place again.

Really a great experience for me and my family, the apartment is 10/10. I will definitely be back if I have the chance, you feel right at home because of the comfort, amenities and of course the cleanliness. A condominium with great amenities, easy and simple access to go to various places, you have supermarkets, restaurants, medical service, etc. less than 5 minutes away. And the hosts are excellent, good communication and are attentive to everything.

The host and co-hosts were very responsive, it's accesible to downtown and it's a beautiful place.

We didn’t want to leave!! This is definitely one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in. A beautiful, very spacious apartment in a very quiet beautiful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the two patios and the huge bathroom. As other people have mentioned, it is a steep hike back up from the center of town. We are lucky enough to not have mobility issues and enjoyed the challenge, but it is a challenge. However, it is very easy to get an uber or taxi, so don’t let that discourage you from staying here. We would absolutely stay again.
