Osacr is an excellent host, the apartment has everything you need and is super clean. The pool was warm and very clean. My grandchildren really enjoyed it. Plus the transportation to the center is incredible... Everything is great, 100% recommended.

This was a fabulous location to stay in in SMA. My family of 13 was so comfortable; plenty of room. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Rosario and her sister Lolita took care of every need. Rosario‘s cooking was amazing we only got to have dinner one night because we had so many plans but the morning breakfasts were fabulous And always a supply of chips and salsa during the day for anyone to snack on. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende . five days was not enough! Many of my guests did walk to and from town but others chose to Uber/taxi and that was very easy. We did some wonderful hiking tours , music tours , ATV excursions and lots of fun shopping and fantastic restaurants. We were visiting for a family wedding but I would certainly go back. Thank you Nancy for offering this fabulous location and thank you to Rosario for making us feel so welcome.

Stayed here for a girls trip and the home exceeded my expectations and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ginny’s home felt extremely spacious and we had plenty of room even with our large group. I loved the location, we were easily able to walk to several spots and the view was even better! The home fit right in to the city with its beautiful architecture and interesting art throughout. We did have some issues with the WiFi being very spotty and some of the rooms did get pretty warm during the day but there were plenty of fans. I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit!

Everything was great. The only thing I would add, the stay for the elderly is a bit difficult since the kitchen is on the second floor and the third bedroom on a third floor. If you don't have that problem, then I highly recommend it.

This is our second time staying here. It quickly became our favorite in San Miguel. The Hosts are very kind and responsive to any questions we had. The home is clean and private. It is in such a great location. We will continue to come back

Perfection! Bill was a wonderful host - warm, friendly and very accessible. And the home was both beautiful and comfortable. We were met by one of two maids (Betty and Veronica) who showed us around and made sure we knew where everything was and how to work with the idiosyncracies of the house. (Every house has them, and it was nice to have them pointed out and explained.) On top of that there was detailed information on the workings of the home plus recommendations on where to eat, what to do and how to get around. Not a detail was spared. AND, Betty and Veronica were there everyday to fix us breakfast and make sure the house was spotless. Who could ask for more? The home was idyllic. Run, don't walk to Casa Carole!!

loved the area...15 minutes walk from the centre. Felt like a local...some lovely cafes nearby. Away from the touristic centre so a more genuine experience in San Miguel but with easy access when required. Especially loved the beautiful rooftop space for a coffee in the morning or a vino later. Stacey’s place is beautiful, convenient, and well-appointed. It had tons of space, was close to the town center if we wanted to go out to eat, and close to the mercado and a cute little neighborhood grocery if we wanted to cook. There are lovely outdoor spaces upstairs and downstairs for lounging; everyone in our party of six was very comfortable and happy in the space. Stacey herself was extremely accommodating and helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

My wife and I, and our kitty, very much enjoyed Eric and Evette's lovely home. It's spacious, private, comfortable, pretty, and remarkably quiet for being so close to a main road, the "Ancha." Always super communication with the hosts. The housekeeper is a delight and does excellent work: the house is spotless. The location is wonderful, with abundant restaurants nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to a terrific grocery store, City Market. It's also only a 10-minute Uber or taxi ride to the main square, or a 20-minute bus ride, or a 30'ish minute walk. Our cat loved the garden, where he played freely. And we appreciated that the property is surrounded by high walls, so we weren't concerned about his safety. If someone is mobility impaired, please be advised the stairs to the bedrooms and rooftop are a tad steep. It's not a big deal though: one of us is mobility challenged, and we did fine. All in all, we had a terrific stay and we highly recommend this home.

We spent a weekend at Casa Robelina; a beautiful and clean house with the best location in San Miguel de Allende. Everyone in the family was really happy. Cecilia was amazing making us feel welcomed, and the communication with her was great.

We had a wonderful month long stay at Luis Manuel’s place. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed. Luis was very friendly and responsive with any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, the heated pools, and the beautiful grounds of the complex. It is within walking distance to the convenience store, grocery store, and bus stop to Centro. Highly recommend!

Everything was very good. the 2 co-hosts gave us the super clear instructions, they were very nice and flexible with the check-in time and the house was ready when we arrived. The same departure is very easy and independent. Just the hot taan water was not coming out of the shower but nothing worrying. Thanks!

Excellent accommodation, very pleasant stay, the place is really nice and there is a lot of nature, as well as different amenities to spend time with the family. What was most enjoyed was the pool and the barbecue area, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, good communication and quick response. You can access the club for the paddle courts by paying for a day pass, which is worth it if you like sports. It also has an indoor pool inside the club. The house did not have a kitchen, which is something to consider, to eat out or ask for access to the communal kitchen. Overall great accommodation and we recommend it. We would definitely stay there again.

Andrew’s place was even better than expected. We felt at home and had an amazing month in San Miguel. Vicki, the housekeeper, prepared a few meals for us and left the place spotless. The view from the terrace is spectacular. We spent many hours playing games and even watched the fireworks over the city from there on New Year’s Eve. The house is located una working class neighborhood so the neighbors are mostly locals (which we really enjoyed). One neighbor even invite us to his family’s house for Christmas Eve. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were very comfortable, the house is very enjoyable, it has everything we could need, our dogs enjoyed the garden enormously, we had a barbecue, by the way, in addition to the Oxxo at the entrance of the neighborhood, in a neighboring neighborhood, on Colonial Avenue you can find all kinds of shops, such as tortilla, fruit and vegetable shops and grocery stores. The house is very conveniently located and in a few minutes by car we were in the places we wanted to visit Thank you very much for everything Daniela, we will definitely be back another time

Excellent stay once again! We enjoyed the privacy of the house and the back yard. We love eating on the back porch and having a BBQ. The beds are super comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back soon!

The house has everything you need to cook, TV in the rooms and living room, internet throughout the house very safe the area and very quiet four streets from Comercial Mexicana all the services and very nice

I really liked the The accommodation was very nice and clean. all rooms had their own bathroom and were spacious. they also had air conditioning. I would rent that place again without a problem
