This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

A group of 6 of us stayed at Kevins wonderful place in Rimini for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. From the outside the house looks decievingly small, but you then enter and are greeted by lots of living space, 2 huge bedrooms with ensuites a upstairs, a great loft room with it's own bathroom and a big double bedroom in the outhouse which is through an amazing little private garden that has a cool banana tree in the middle. The location was fantastic, right by the historic town centre and about a 20 minute walk from the beach (or 6 minutes by Bike or Scooter via a lovely path). Kevin was extremely quick to respond to messages and gave us clear instructions before arrival and for checkout. Overall it was a great stay, and everyone very much enjoyed it! ps. you also have a garage for a car. we managed to fit a Nissan Qashqai 4x4, but would be easier with a smaller car.

We had a fantastic stay in Pesaro. The house was wonderful and so full of space. As great as it looks in the pictures! The DH Villas's team were very responsive and very helpful when required (to organise taxis etc.) Highly recommended!

valentina's place is beautiful, the photos reflect reality, it is located inside a residence, with reserved parking), in a quiet area, but close to a supermarket (10 minutes walk) in Viale Dante(10 minutes on foot), with a very large nearby park, with a play area for children and dog areas for those who, like us, travel with the dog. He welcomed us by Valentina's husband, very kind, he explained what he had to and suggested some right place to eat, the apartment is very clean, it is not exposed to the sun, the terrace is fantastic, spacious, with space to eat and a nice comfortable duck (contested by everyone), for our dog they gave us a rug with a bowl and a small mangerice for him, we really appreciated the bathroom sheets of three different colors, so we could be distinguished, thank you for your hospitality

Christian's apartment is very nice and well maintained. The sea can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Christian was very helpful both at check-in and afterwards. Recommended.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Very pleasant vacation in Gabicce Monte in a very quiet and restful area. The accommodation is essential, not new, overall tidy and well maintained, for our needs it was comfortable and practical. The pool borders a pleasant alternative to the sea. Titti is a responsive host, capable and fully able to respect the privacy of its customers. I recommend this place to those who love to move between beautiful Romagna and the enchanting hinterland of the Marche.

Recently renovated, modern, clean accommodation with every comfort. Large garden available with beautiful patio, great for animals. Friendly and helpful host, lives in the house opposite, but guarantees total privacy. Ample parking with the possibility of an indoor garage. Quiet area and very convenient for getting around (close to the entrance of the highway and the main areas to visit). I highly recommend it to those who want to stay and visit the area.

We loved our stay here. Very thoughtful and accommodating host - this is the home she grew up in and her care for it and our stay was clear. The home has a family vibe and is in the middle of beautiful Emiglia-Romagna farmland. Our daughters especially enjoyed the patio chairs on the lawn and the cherry tree that was full of fruit. This was great value for money and Catia was very accommodating of our large group. We highly recommend!

Neat, clean, well-ordered flat. Perfectly situated, a few minutes walk from the station, but in the heart Ravenna, and within walking distance of all the historical sights of the town. Stefano was most helpful. He met me in the street below the apartment (showing more faith in the trains than I had) and was very flexible about leaving times on the day of my departure.

We are a family of five who spent a pleasant two-day stay in Ravenna, being able to visit it carefully and serenely. The apartment was very clean and really comfortable in all its aspects. The location requires about a 20-minute walk to reach the historic center, with a first short stretch through uninteresting streets but then you quickly enter the heart of beautiful Ravenna.

Umberto has always been super helpful and quick, I really enjoyed it! The location of the apartment is very convenient and strategic. Impeccably clean. I highly recommend it.
