Great location for doing both Tuscany activities and Florence. Great recommendations by Silvia and always responsive. It was a great stay and we had great amenities.

Incredible home, with stunning views! I hosted a group of friends here before my wedding, and we all agreed it was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The hosts (Francesco and his wife Illaria) were extremely responsive and kind. They recommended a local chef to us, which turned into one of the best nights of our trip. 100% recommend and will be re-booking next time I travel to Tuscany.

Claudia and Alessandra's farm was a little paradise for us! The place is charmingly decorated, the kitchen has everything you need, the scenic setting is idyllic, the pool super refreshing, the tranquility on the farm very restful and the proximity to Scandicci and Florence practical. We had great days in Tuscany with various excursions and were always happy to come back to the farm or to start the day there comfortably in the morning. We would happily come back!

What a great place to stay while visiting Tuscany. The home is a renovated medieval watchtower located up a dirt road, tucked on a hilltop overlooking the valley. Jacopo, the host, was so kind, hospitable and responsive during our 5-day visit. Would definitely recommend this place to explore Tuscana.

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. He was kind and always available when we needed something. The home is beautiful, private and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. I highly recommend Giacomo's home. Thank you for everything!

Silvia and Massi are amazing and thoughtful hosts. Their place is beautiful and a great location if you’re looking to visit Florence, Pisa, and Vinci. The food, the views, the hospitality make it a great experience to invest in, especially the espresso.

What a gem of a place! It’s in a quiet area, yet still close enough to Florence. The home has everything you need, and Giacomo has been a fabulous host. I’d definitely stay here again - next time with friends :)

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than expected – very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully located. You could tell that the hosts really thought of everything. We especially appreciated how spotless everything was – it felt truly comfortable and welcoming from the first moment. Place was lovely, and space was ideal for us as a base for a couple nights exploring. very clean and host very responsive. parking in the adjacent street was cheap and the outdoor garden was lovely. it does have very steep stone stairs up to the bedrooms & bathroom which would be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. There were a lot of rules and guidelines, the second bedroom not made up with sheet etc, but none the less the small bedroom was very comfy and I had a great nights sleep!

Stella is a beautiful person and a perfect host. Everything immediately felt like home. She explained everything very nicely. The location was serene and she gave a lot of information on things to do in that area. Would love to come again for sure.

we had a very good experience. it was a nice apartment with modern amenities. about 10-20 minute walk from major attractions, yet away from all the hustle and bustle. the hosts were very responsive. I would recommend the pool place.

The house is very nice, spacious, tidy and well equipped. Communication with Erika was fast and the access instructions were clear. Erika was very kind to leave us the pods for the coffee machine and also some snacks. She also offered us and granted us the possibility to postpone the check-out. I can definitely recommend it.

We loved our time at Colle del Sole. Valentina and her family were very warm and welcoming and you could tell they loved taking care of their property and their guests. Valentina was above and beyond helpful with local recommendations and even helping with reservations. The pool area was very pleasant and just as pictured in the photos. Getting to the train station and then into Florence was very easy. Everything was just as we expected and we will recommend this property to anybody we know that wants to visit the area.

We were a group of 10 staying Friday to Sunday at the villa. It is nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious and the common areas perfect for a large group. It was very clean throughout. The kitchen is well designed and easy to use for a crowd. We deployed the large BBQ for a meal at home on the first evening. A cocktail, a steak and a view of the rolling hills - how charming! I would strongly recommend renting a car or cars because the village is some walk away. There is a large and well stocked Co-op about 10 minutes’ drive from the property. Giulia on behalf of the host was simply brilliant. She was very responsive and helpful, and full of good recommendations. I would not hesitate to endorse this property and its management - we had a brilliant stay and would happily come back again.

We spent a week in Silvio and Margherita's house with our two young children (5 and 6 years old). The hosts were always easily and quickly accessible and very helpful and friendly. The house is surrounded by vineyards and you have a fantastic view. There are some very good restaurants around that can be reached quickly by car. The garden is sweetly designed, but you share it with two other neighbors. However, you have your own garden section and pool to yourself. The house was clean, but very noisy (which did not bother us). A few pieces of furniture could be renewed (but did not restrict us and looks a bit authentic ;-) We would definitely come back.

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

The house is very cozy and spacious. The well-equipped kitchen, the bedroom with very comfortable mattress and pillows, the very spacious and above all extremely clean bathroom, as in general the whole house, very clean and fragrant. The house also remains very cool, despite the high temperatures we found during our stay. It is located on a hill a stone's throw from Florence, in a super quiet village surrounded by olive trees. Irene was always kind and very helpful, even giving us advice on a mechanic in the area as we had problems with our car. One small note: unfortunately, you can hear the "noises" coming from upstairs... those who are not early risers might be woken up.

Spontaneously booked. And can easily arrange everything necessary at short notice. Federico is calmly communicative and can refine the stay with good recommendations. The location is special. The place has a good effect on the body and mind. WeiläuAbout but not far for shopping or restaurants. A beautiful pool. Tasteful spaces. Wifi junckies could sometimes hate something with the net, but the overall picture is not diminished. Everything else necessary is on site or will be promptly provided by Federico. A wonderful starting point for Visit in Florence or Chianti. Lots of rustic trattorias,winemakers and olive farmers nearby.

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

Nice place with great views of a Tuscan hillside and pool. However, quite remote and somewhat lonely. There is no village structure, no café or similar in the suburbs or within walking distance. The road to the house is a bit difficult.

Convenient location for those who love tranquility and want to visit Florence and its surroundings. The house is spacious and equipped with all the comforts, including the garden, ideal for those who, like us, have a dog. To reach Florence there is the possibility to leave the car in a convenient free parking lot (about 15 minutes drive from the house) and take the tram. With €1.70 and another 15 minutes you can reach the center. Massimo was kind, helpful and above all understanding when we had to anticipate the departure by a day due to a serious setback.
