Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
