Paradise 💎 Francesca‘s place is just perfect for a relaxed holiday under the Italien sun! Francesca is a very kind, generous and helpful hostess. She welcomed us into her home way before checkin time and showed us all around her place. She made sure that we felt welcome. During our stay she assisted us with any help we needed. Grazie mille cara Francesca! We spent a lot of time at the pool, enjoyed the gym and tree house and held our regular billiard tournaments. The accommodation is very well equipped and thoughtfully furnished -we didn’t miss a thing! We can recommend staying with Francesca wholeheartedly and cannot wait to come back! ♥️

Italian country-house amidst the hills

AndreaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We were greeted very open and friendly and felt at home in the accommodation from the beginning. The place is very appealing and homely and yet, without much frills, comes up with the necessary. If desired, you can have a very pleasant conversation with the hosts and get tips for the area. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay with views over the hilly wide countryside and magnificent sunsets. However, it is advisable to bring protection against mosquitoes if you are prone to it. For activities, both beaches and spots on rivers are about 30 minutes away. Driving time easily accessible as well as the beautiful and student medieval town of Urbino.

Calmancino delle Selve, in Urbino

GiedoRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Linda is a great hostess; house was not only sparkling clean, breakfast was already ready for the next day (including eggs from the chickens from her garden), the fireplace burned when we entered, so comfortably warm. Linda communicated well with us, thought about possibilities, was proactive, always responded quickly to our requests or questions for clarification or information. Linda has excellent information in the cottage with which you can discover the sights in the near and wide area: Really great! An excellent address if you want to visit Urbino and surroundings.
A charming exterior view of the apartment building is framed by vibrant yellow flowers and lush greenery. The brick facade, complemented by large windows, reflects the historic architecture. A sunlit pathway leads towards the entrance, inviting guests to explore the serene surroundings.

An oasis in a Historic Monastery

Mark & his beautiful home were simply incredible . The property has been restored to perfection. Every single little detail, Mark has thought about. This place is idyllic & serene with breathtaking views & nature at your doorstep. The mountains are just outside, so my husband was out practicing every day for his next bike race. My daughter & i loved relaxing by the pool & visiting all the nearby medieval villages & Forts. Mark was the best informative & kind host that we have ever encountered traveling around the world. We cannot thank you enough. Until we meet again.

Infinite Hills. Country house between art and sea

We had a perfect stay in Lorena's home. She is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful both before and during our trip. The house itself is charming, with everything we needed. There is also a great outdoor space with a gorgeous view of the Italian countryside from sunrise to sunset. This was an ideal location from which to explore Urbino and the Le Marche. We can't wait to come back!

Nature Home with Pool & Garden

The place is beautiful, sparkling clean and it has everything you need. We were the only ones there, so it was super relaxed for us. However, you have to like living completely secluded and the journey from the village to the house takes 15 minutes up the mountain.
A view of rolling hills and lush greenery is framed by a rustic stone wall. In the distance, a tall church tower rises above the landscape, emphasizing the historical charm of the surrounding area. The clear sky adds a serene backdrop to the scene.

Raphael's Ceiling 2

VladRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a fantastic stay in Urbino thanks to Francesca’s apartment. The view was breathtaking—we could see almost the entire city from the patio. The apartment is well-equipped and ideally located, just across from Raphael’s birthplace. It was a truly special experience to stay right in the heart of such a historic place.
A modern kitchen area features sleek, dark cabinetry and a contrasting light countertop. A rustic brick ceiling adds character above. A dining table with black chairs is positioned nearby, enhancing the kitchen's functional layout.
