Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

The place was excellent, the first week we felt no need going places. So much to do in and around Barga. The house gives you the time to relax and on top of that Laura was more than helpful! Top host and we are certainly coming back and for a longer period so we can explore a bit more and maybe even visiting Sienna or Florence. Sound of Barga has another hidden gem: a separate appartment in the back which is not shown on Airbnb but available if you are with 4. Paolo and Laura, thank for this wonderful experience. Oh, luckily we took our e-bikes: cycling in Lucca and convenient in Barga. We love this place!

Beautiful accommodation! We really liked how the interior and exterior are furnished. I particularly liked the garden. Many evocative corners to discover, with statues hidden in the greenery and small tables. Ideal location to spend a weekend in the countryside relaxing away from the city.

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful location! An attentive and very kind host! The bedding is super comfortable and the place is as shown in the pictures. Breakfast is awesome! You can go there without a second thought!

We had the best week in Nada’s home with our friends who travelled from Australia. The villa was so cute and cosy and had everything you would need. Nada is a great host who was very responsive and extremely friendly, it was just a shame we didn’t get to meet her in person. The main highlight for us was when Viola (Nada’s daughter) came to the villa and did a cooking class with us. It was fantastic and one not to be missed! We made bruschetta, homemade pasta and sauce and a lemon tiramisu. We made pasta and bruschetta literally every night after as it was just so good. From the villa we travelled around in our hire cars and saw the delightful towns/villages such as San Giginano, Certaldo, Siena, Greve in Chianti, climbed up the hill to Montefioralle, Radda in Chianti, Volpaia and the local village of Barberino Val D’Elsa. I highly recommend you visit each as all close enough for a day out it combine a couple in a day. You will not be disappointed at Casa Di Nada. We loved it 😊

Guests who book the house should know that it is about four kilometers from the town, up the mountain. It didn't bother us because we had a car, but you should know that.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

I was genuinely impressed by this place. So beautiful! The pool is incredible, they had prosecco and limoncello for us and provided several supplies for a successful stay. I would 100000% come back here!

Our stay at Marina and Paolo’s hilltop home in the Tuscan hills was nothing short of magical. The house is a true piece of paradise, immaculately clean, with breathtaking views that left us in awe every day. Marina and Paolo were incredibly kind hosts, making us feel completely at home. Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

A small paradise amidst olive trees We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic Charlet near Pistoia. The location in a quiet olive grove is fantastic – perfect to escape the ordinary. The pool was ideal for cooling off in the summer temperatures. The Charlet offers everything you really need – and nothing you don't need. This is what makes the special, simple charm of this place. Francesco is a great host – warm, helpful and always available. We enjoyed every day and look forward to the next time!

This was such an amazing stay! Very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing stay far away from the major cities. Beautiful views from everywhere! Would recommend doing their wine tour on site. It was fun, informative, and delicious! You definitely will need a car to get to this place in addition to restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this place!

We spent 3 fantastic days in Daniele's villa, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. We were 9 friends and the house was perfect for our stay: spacious, clean and equipped with all the comforts. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were the stars of our relaxing days, while the indoor sauna added a special touch to the evenings. The common areas are spacious and well-organized, and the outdoor porch is ideal for a barbecue. Daniele was an impeccable host: always available and attentive, he made us feel welcome right away. A stay that we recommend without hesitation, perfect for those looking for peace, comfort and a nice place to share moments with friends.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Very clean and tidy, host was great and had very organized self check in with instructions. Lovely cafe underneath apartment aswell.

Nice house in the hills above Pistoia. It is a few degrees cooler than in the city, and you have a beautiful view. We enjoyed the chickens scratching around and the sweet cat. Also, in the evening, a lot of fireflies could be seen. Annalisa is very friendly and caring.

Benedetta was the perfect host! The location was perfect for us with a small park to exercise our dog and a fenced garden. There is a pastercceria a stone's throw which did excellent coffee too. We also made use of the local butcher who had some very appetising produce.

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

Amazing host, location and home! The great listed building had a lift, which was very handy for our elderly parents, flat was beautifully furnitured with all amenities and more (better than pictures). Great communication from the host and had no problem with parking our car right in front of the building. We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!
