The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. Just 8 km from the highway, Rioveggio exit, and 3 km from the train station, getting to Bologna or Florence takes about 1 hour. You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

The warmth of a nest a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio

My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to guests we hope it will be their home during their stay in Florence. You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

This house is part of an old building recently refurbished and in the past was a convent which used to be a part of the castle estate located in front of us. The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. it's recomended to have a car to reach the accomodation and to move.

Welcome to Fiesole in Giardino Home In the nice Fiesole, the hill overlooking Florence, a small independent house, with bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom, all renovated. Breakfast inclusive in the price: in the Spring/Summer the breakfast is served on the roof terrace with view! Totally renovated, this house is located on the ground floor of my family home, an ancient house dating back of 1700. Just few kilometres to Florence, but surrounded by the quiet of tuscan country.

Relax among the olive trees

Quiet, bright, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful view of the countryside. Built with green building criteria, it is located in the hills, 500m above sea level and a 15-minute drive from Pistoia. From the cottage you can also walk to a nice public pool and the station. The village of Castagno can also be reached by train! Upon arrival, you will find some products from our farm, as well as coffee, milk, yogurt, and fresh bread. You can use the washing machine and Netflix TV.
