Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Lazzaro

The three of us spent an extended weekend here. Absolutely perfect location. The apartment is located in the city center, 2 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. We received very good recommendations, especially the ice cream at the Cremeria Santo Stefano tasted particularly good. Upon arrival, we were greeted, even received a bottle of water as a gift. We felt comfortable right away, as everything was clean and well maintained. It even had a small supply of coffee. We can only recommend it.

Alfredo's apartment was exactly as described. Alfredo was a great host, he responded immediately to questions and communicated proactively. The location was great, about 10 minutes to Old Town. We would stay at Alfredo's again if we come to Bologna.

Franca e Marion welcomed us warmly and showes us on map all the points of interest and restaurant recomendations. The flat was clean, only the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, other than that you will find everything what you need for your stay in the flat. The area is very calm, despite being right next to the station. The parking space was also very practical. Thank you very much!

Magnificent apartment, the location is quiet but close to everything you need, a five-minute walk from the cathedral and less than 10 minutes from the free parking, attention to all details, very clean and equipped with all the services for an optimal stay and perfectly isolated from noise, the owner was kind enough to leave supplies (dishwasher, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) for the entire stay, I have been a month and would return without a doubt, thank you Gianluca

A really nice and well-maintained apartment. The location is great: very central and at the same time very quiet, as the apartment is located in a backyard. Everything is within walking distance. Both shopping and restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Soraya was very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would choose the apartment again at any time.

Total pros! Mattia is a flexible, responsive and caring host. The studio is quiet, clean and economical (with plenty of cabinets to put away your things). We were able to wash/dry our clothes downstairs with their machines and detergent. We prepared meals at the apartment too. Loved Modena, in part because of our lodging!

Great area and the flat is quiet considering the amount of people, restaurants and bars. Nice place to stay and the air conditioning was hugely apprecaited

Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

We had a really good time during the 3 days spent here. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The place is wonderful, relaxing, perfect for escaping the city. The very nice apartment, equipped with everything you need, was only missing body soap, shampoo and hand soap, but nothing terrible that could make us negatively re-evaluate the beautiful idea we had of this beautiful place. We will be back with great pleasure ❤️

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

We stayed at this villa in Conventello for a few days and had a great time. The house is modern and complete with everything, but what we appreciated the most was the large manicured garden and outdoor space, perfect for relaxing in peace. The area is very quiet but still convenient to the sea and nearby cities. Ideal for getting away and enjoying nature.

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice apartment. We had a great time because the house is comfortable, spacious and bright. There is also plenty of space in the various furniture, especially in the bedroom. Quite spacious and clean fridge. Great internet connection. Great location with the supermarket and pharmacy below the house and in any case not far from the center and the station. Area served by many public transport. The building is large but quiet and has 2 elevators. The only advice is to equip the apartment with a vacuum cleaner to facilitate cleaning because with the sole broom or the dusting cloth you can't clean well especially in the most difficult places. Clean and plentiful sheets, towels, and blankets. Great washing machine

Mario, Susanna, and Emanuele were fabulous hosts! They were responsive and helpful. They kindly met us outside of the building and showed us around the property. Knowing we had young children they so thoughtfully left us ice cream treats in the freezer! There was also a lovely assortment of items in the fridge and a nice fruit tray on the table, which we really appreciated after a day of travel. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had a nice screened in balcony which we used to quickly dry our laundry. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the main road with grocery stores within walking distance. Our kids also enjoyed the playground and grassy area to play soccer (Emanuele even offered to bring us one of his soccer balls if we needed). It’s only a 25 minute walk from the historic center of Bologna and 20 minutes walk from the train station. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent place to stay, better than the photos. Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Marika was there to greet me on arrival. Was very polite & accommodating. Very responsive with any queries. A pleasure to stay, highly recommended.

Great appartment and a great location

A nice apartment, small but equipped with every comfort, tastefully furnished. Very comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness, sufficient and more than sufficient amenities, many and varied utensils. I recommend it because it is close to the station and the center.

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning.

Marco’s apartment was just great. Everything was just according to photos and description, Marco sent us code to find keys, apartment was clean and tidy, location is perfectly situated between 2 bus stops and nearby rail station, shops and restaurants nearby, same as good coffee next door. We were just amazed by Everything - price, quality, tidiness… Thanks for a great service and hope to return there. Marco’s apartment will definitelly be number 1 location when we travel to Bologna again.
