Smoking friendly vacation rentals in San Juan Playa, Alicante

The apartment was in a great location, nice and clean but because there is four towers with the same name the taxi driver got confused dropping us off at the correct one but the host was great and directed us ASAP when we got lost

We wanted to thank Dalia for the quality and the very cossy side of her apartment. It has a good location ( transportation nearby), but if you have a vehicle it's much better to explore the surrounding sites and beaches. Everything was perfect, the only small downside the size of the double bed, because we are big(1m92 and 1m77). Otherwise everything was great, the residence, the pool, the locals and the squirrel that makes you small appearances. We will keep this address and will recommend it without hesitation.

Excellent apartment within heart of life in Alicante. Had everything needed. Really quick easy walks to all main streets, front, trams etc. perfect location. Cute balcony with view of castle and great space to catch morning sun. Excellent communication and Carmen was so helpful. Would definitely stay again. Travelled with my two teenagers and felt safe. Would bring my husband next time to sample finer dining and beaches. Perfect time had at this place

First, Juana is so helpful and kind. Second, the apartment might be a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but if you like me that loves beach access, stunning views and a calm area, this is the place. Loved me stay and plan to be back. I found the apartment really cozy with a very cool beach bungalow vibe. It's on my list to return to.

The apartment is perfect for a beach getaway. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the hair dryer with diffuser, the bathroom products and the detergent available for the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, always attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super close beach and you can make a route through the villages of the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. Pilar was a great host and was incredibly kind allowing an earlier check in and later check out. She provided detailed instructions, making check-in a breeze. Carlos was there to meet us and he was great. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – quiet yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Carlos was great with the local recommendations. I truly felt we were well taken care of and would definitely book again if we visit Alicante again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed spot with an exceptional host!

We felt very comfortable. Everything you could have needed was there. Especially the equipment for the beach, which you could borrow for free, was very accommodating. We were allowed to check in earlier than planned and could have even stayed longer. All around everything great, well-equipped Airbnb with great bus connection (on foot the way back from the city can be a little steep). Thank you for everything, 100% recommendation!

We had the best stay here in the most beautiful surroundings. The place was very clean with thoughtful touches and had everything we could ever need!

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable with Lola and José. They welcomed us very well and explained everything in detail. They're wonderful people. The house left nothing to be desired and we didn't lack anything. In addition to the generous amount of space, we enjoyed the patio and garden very well kept. All in all, a stay in this house is more than recommended and we would love to come back! We, a family of four, had the best time at Patricia’s bungalow. It was a peaceful neighbourhood, and right by the train station - easy to go to El Campello or Benidorm. The pool was spacious with outdoor showers and we were often the only ones there. There was also a nice beach close by. Every morning we bought fresh bread at a store close by. There were big grocery stores right by the train station in El Campello (just 15min by train). We enjoyed the terrace, and the aircondition inside was good if it got too hot. We had everything we needed and Patricia was very helpful. We would love to come back sometime!

We stayed in this apartment during a water polo championship in Elche and it was a success. It is in the quiet village of Santa Ana, less than 20 minutes from the Esperanza Lag pool, which allowed us to come and go several times a day to rest and escape the heat. The house is ideal: there were three adults and a child, and we were very comfortable. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and more. The saltwater pool is wonderful, our son had a great time and there were also inflatables, badminton rackets, ping-pong paddles, a ping-pong table... Impossible to get bored! Gintare, the host, was lovely: super friendly and attentive from the first moment. The location is also perfect if you plan to visit both Elche and Alicante. In short, we have no complaints. Everything was fantastic. We would do it again without hesitation!

We stayed in Alicante for 5 days and felt very comfortable at the place. It was also very good that we were able to drop off our luggage in the apartment at 11 am and thus could walk directly to the beach in 5 minutes without luggage. The apartment is clean and tidy. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace from which you have a view of the sea and in the evening, when it is no longer so hot, you can still have a drink.

We had an amazing weekend! The house is perfect and has everything, plus with the pool and barbecue you don't even need to leave. Ideal for spending a few days with friends. Adela is great, very friendly and willing to help. Her husband, Manolo, was also great to us. Definitely worth it!! Thank you for everything

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

This accommodation is worth it for the breathtaking views of the city, a few minutes from the beach that you can reach by taking a short walk, the pool area and garden is very large and very beautiful. The apartment has everything... I would book again if we return to Benidorm and it is available. It was a success... my family and I loved it

The apartment was perfect for us, a family of 5. it is a seafront apartment on second floor, nice balcony with both sea views and fabulous pool, and view. The was not much restaurant choices, this time of year in the area, but we got tram most nights into Alicante, a super town with endless outdoor dining. overall highly recommend.

I stayed here for a couple of months. It's a beautiful apartment in a stunning and peaceful setting. The apartment is really spacious and very well equipped with a wonderful terrace and stunning views out over the sea. There is a great little shop next door. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from the tram into El Campello/Luceros/Benidorm. And just a minute further to the bars/restaurants and the cove with its secluded little beach. Great host who was super helpful and responsive.

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

This is my second stay at Diane’s place and I wish I could have stayed longer. Next trip is already booked! This really is a luxurious apartment and I feel privileged to have spent the past two weeks there. It is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and has amazing views. The gym and the tennis, squash and basketball courts are great extras. You can walk for miles along the beach, go for a swim and then go to the gym! You cannot wish for a nicer host than Diane. She does everything she can to make it an enjoyable stay and am looking forward to my next trip.
