This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Alexandra has very good communication and informed us very well, even during the stay she asks us if we lack anything. The apartment is clean and conveniently located. A balcony with a beautiful view is nice for the evening, too hot during the day in June. Everything is next door and the sea is a 5-10 min walk. All the amenities you need both in the kitchen and to go to the beach are there for a pleasant stay. The building is huge but very clean and quiet, like everywhere in Alicante in the condominiums, pool, tennis court, private playground. i highly recommend this rental. For our part, no regrets and we will come back if the opportunity arises.

Excellent apartment within heart of life in Alicante. Had everything needed. Really quick easy walks to all main streets, front, trams etc. perfect location. Cute balcony with view of castle and great space to catch morning sun. Excellent communication and Carmen was so helpful. Would definitely stay again. Travelled with my two teenagers and felt safe. Would bring my husband next time to sample finer dining and beaches. Perfect time had at this place

The apartment is perfect for a beach getaway. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the hair dryer with diffuser, the bathroom products and the detergent available for the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, always attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super close beach and you can make a route through the villages of the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

The house was very spacious, bright and clean, it also has a fantastic terrace for breakfast. At the top of the building, there is also a large terrace with a beautiful view of the castle that you can access. Miguel was also a fantastic host: the house had everything you could need, including products for women such as pads and makeup remover pads; he also gave us great advice on the beaches and allowed us to check in as early as the morning. A fantastic experience that I absolutely recommend.

It was a beautiful apartment located next to the entrance of the old town and is a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. The place was well equipped and the hosts were very helpful. I would recommend if you want to get out of the big cities.

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Had a great time at Lora’s house! We stayed over a month and it was a really nice place to stay for a longer period. The house is located on a hill, which is a climb to walk to from the beach/Harbour, but then again the view from the spacious terrace is amazing! I really recommend this accommodation, also the communication with Lora was great!

We stayed in Alicante for 5 days and felt very comfortable at the place. It was also very good that we were able to drop off our luggage in the apartment at 11 am and thus could walk directly to the beach in 5 minutes without luggage. The apartment is clean and tidy. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace from which you have a view of the sea and in the evening, when it is no longer so hot, you can still have a drink.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Tina and Roger are adorable, the place is perfect. With a lockbox and a parking space right in front of the terrace. Extremely clean and functional, there is everything. It is as relaxing as it is well located and close (by car) to many tourist sites. Access to the pool is a real plus because it is quiet and the views are breathtaking. One of the nicest Airbnbs I've ever stayed. The location is just outside the city center (lines 5, 4 and L21 stop near the property) but directly on the long San Juan beach. There you can also lie down and rent umbrellas. Alternatively, there is a beach umbrella in the accommodation. I found San Juan Beach more beautiful and not quite as crowded as the beach in the city center. Approximately 30 minutes by train/bus to Pouerta del mar in the city center. The place was clean and well equipped, e.g. also with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Tetyana was super friendly and quick to reach with questions. She even got me insect spray and brought it by because the supermarket was closed on Sundays. The supermarket is very close to the property and the beach is about a 10-minute walk. If you want to relax a lot on the beach, this is the perfect place to stay. Thanks for the stay 🙂

We are very happy that we chose accommodation from Sonia. The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet location, with views of nature and mountains, parking directly at the house. Possibility of using shared pools with slides and a bar. The beach, restaurant and shop are within walking distance. I assumed the apartment would be equipped as described, but the reality literally exceeded my expectations. There was nothing missing in the apartment, it was perfect, it had absolutely everything. Basically everything you have at home and maybe even things you don't have at home :) The apartment has its charm, its soul and thanks to many decorations it is also very cozy. You really feel like someone has entrusted you with their home so you can spend your vacation there. In addition, the owner is always on the phone ready to advise and help you at any time, hats off :) Thank you again and we recommend it to others!

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

This is my second stay at Diane’s place and I wish I could have stayed longer. Next trip is already booked! This really is a luxurious apartment and I feel privileged to have spent the past two weeks there. It is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and has amazing views. The gym and the tennis, squash and basketball courts are great extras. You can walk for miles along the beach, go for a swim and then go to the gym! You cannot wish for a nicer host than Diane. She does everything she can to make it an enjoyable stay and am looking forward to my next trip.
