Apartment vacation rentals in San Juan Playa, Alicante

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Fantastic place! Infinity pools with a sea view are something else. The host and co-host were very hospitable and communicated clearly and in advance. The apartment looks even better in real life, the pictures don't do it justice. We also loved the beach and how accessible it is. If I really had to nitpick, I'd love to see some shelves in shower cabins to put stuff on, and it would be great to include a shower gel (which is advertised in the listing), but neither is really a deal breaker. It's an easy 5-star airbnb!

Absolutely perfect stay – 11/10! The breathtaking sea view directly from the apartment made every morning special. The Airbnb was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom fully equipped. We especially appreciated the beach gear provided – even things we forgot ourselves. The highlight: a folder with hand-picked tips for restaurants, bars, and sights. We didn’t need to plan anything and every suggestion exceeded our expectations! The area is peaceful, with cute cafés, small shops, and beach bars just a short walk away. Excellent public transport too – a bus stop right outside and the tram only a few minutes away. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the apartment was even ready early so we could relax and enjoy the day after our trip. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Would absolutely come back!

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

the apartment was cool, but small (we were with two children (5 and 7 years old). The apartment had everything we needed, enough towels, things for the beach. There were problems with the air conditioning, which unfortunately were not resolved during our stay. nearby there are many shops and cafes and the beach is very close, but if you open the windows there is noise from cars and restaurants

I would highly recommend a stay in Borja’s cosy apartment. It’s bright, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. It has everything needed, including a couple of beach chairs and a parasol. From the front entrance it’s just a stones throw on to the beach. Borja was a great host, very friendly, quick to respond to messages and was happy to accept an early check in. It felt like he really wanted you to enjoy your stay in this apartment. Would definitely come back. 5 stars!

Very friendly and informative host. We were able to check in early, and found the neighborhood easy to navigate and get around. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants around the old town area just nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment - it was bright, roomy, and was very well provisioned. Fantastic location with it being on the beach front, and it also had a massive pool which the kids loved too. The host was very communicative and helpful. We highly recommend this place - we can’t wait to stay here again.

Manuel was attentive and always in contact from the moment of the reservation. He replied quickly and made sure we found a convenient time to meet for the check in. He sent lots of suggestions for places to eat, shopping groceries and even transport plans to find our way around. On the last day he was also there to hand the keys back and say good bye. It's a large estate comprised of 2-3 apartments plus Manuel's own home (nice to know we could reach him if we needed to). Still lots of privacy, all units separated by large landscaped terraces with palm trees and cacti, each apartment with own balcony area with deck chairs overlooking the sea. It's a quiet and peaceful corner, our apartment was at the top of the stairs and I could even hear the waves from bed at night. A proper beach house, you can walk barefoot from the room down to the beach. But also a few minutes stroll to all the restaurants and shops in the area, with a nearby bus and tram stops to connect with the city and beyond.

He was proactive and always available to help throughout! The location is situation 15 mins walk from the city which was not bad!! The terrace is definitely a bonus!!!!

Apartment in perfect condition, we didn't need anything, very clean and tidy. The location is excellent, less than 1 minute to get to the beach and exquisite restaurants around it. A very quiet and cozy area . Alejandro is always very attentive and kind, I will definitely repeat.

Great accommodation, very nice apartment and equipped with what you need. Bus services under the house, tram stop a 5-minute walk. Direct and very picturesque access to the sea. The host Carlos was kind and precise about the services and what could be useful to us, including the indication of the locker to leave our luggage on the day of check-out, we had a flight at 9 pm and we were on the beach in San Juan all day!! Eduardo has been one of the best hosts we've ever had! Attentive, always attentive to our needs and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is super nice and equipped with everything! The best location to stay in the best area of Alicante with San Juan beach from our window every morning. You won't need to use the car because you have everything around you. Lago and Alba are perfect hosts, considerate of travelers and caring. The accommodation was really clean and well-equipped. The residential area is quiet and a 10-minute walk from the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and you can quickly reach up to two different beaches. Very easy way to communicate with the host. Small delicacies are a pleasant surprise on the day of arrival. I definitely recommend it!

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

I would highly recommend staying at Franks Beautiful apartment. Franks communication was brilliant and his apartment was even more beautiful in person. It over looks the beach, near lovely restaurants and bars and only a 5-10mins walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
