Vacation rentals with beach access in San Juan Playa, Alicante

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

The place is exactly as in the photos, very nice with sea view, directly across from the beach and close to the center. The city itself is beautiful and Alberto is totally sweet and helpful. Everything great 👌👌

Alexandra has very good communication and informed us very well, even during the stay she asks us if we lack anything. The apartment is clean and conveniently located. A balcony with a beautiful view is nice for the evening, too hot during the day in June. Everything is next door and the sea is a 5-10 min walk. All the amenities you need both in the kitchen and to go to the beach are there for a pleasant stay. The building is huge but very clean and quiet, like everywhere in Alicante in the condominiums, pool, tennis court, private playground. i highly recommend this rental. For our part, no regrets and we will come back if the opportunity arises.

Great accommodation, very nice apartment and equipped with what you need. Bus services under the house, tram stop a 5-minute walk. Direct and very picturesque access to the sea. The host Carlos was kind and precise about the services and what could be useful to us, including the indication of the locker to leave our luggage on the day of check-out, we had a flight at 9 pm and we were on the beach in San Juan all day!! The apartment is nice for your stay in Alicante: everything was within walking distance (supermarket, beach and shops). The apartment is very well-equipped with the necessary equipment. The balcony is very nice to enjoy the beautiful view. The hosts, Sandiago and Marta, are very friendly and responsive! I recommend it.

What can I say, everything was great from our arrival until our departure. We fell in love with el campello, very family-friendly, very quiet, safe, a magnificent view, well located between Alicante and Benidorm, nothing to add, we had a great time and Laurence was an excellent host, very kind, very responsive, I highly recommend for a future 🥰 Fatiha

The apartment was beautiful, everything was new and clean, we fell in love with this great apartment right away. The view of the sea is breathtaking. There was nothing missing, everything was thought of. We got a baby bed and a baby high chair, which was great! Unfortunately, there are few shops and few restaurants in the area and the train runs very often in front of the apartment which is a bit disturbing at night but otherwise we have nothing to complain about. We had mentioned something and our problem was responded to immediately. We were more than satisfied and I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the great time, Sergio! :)

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

1st class host, relaxing location and plenty of great beaches within a short drive. would definitely book again.

Our 2nd time stay at pepe was excellent again. We really enjoyed the place is perfect. Everything is very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it. The 2nd day the hairdryer broke and this was neatly resolved the same day, we immediately got a new hairdryer. There were 2 cold beers ready on arrival which was also very nice because arrived at 1:30 at night. Pepe and multiple, Thank you so much again.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Love this apartment I have traveled a lot but now I am under the spell of the apartment and the region Perfect self check-in, Mario explains perfectly how to access it The location is great, a 10-minute walk to restaurants, shops and beaches The apartment is as described in the listing. It is perfect with its terrace overlooking the pool and the sea… the big plus is the pool where my daughters enjoyed themselves. The extra parking space is very nice I have only one thing to say, thank you Mario and see you next year 😉
