Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

Ideal for a family or two couples of friends, it has a small private garden with a barbecue: perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Located in a quiet village, away from the tourist chaos but close to beaches, historic villages and scenic trails. It is the perfect base for discovering the coast and enjoying the surrounding nature.

Entire house with park, oasis of peace and relaxation. This small but comfortable house is located in the Marche hills. The provincial road to Corinaldo, a beautiful village about two km away, passes around the garden of the house. The house is surrounded by a large fenced garden. In the private parking lot of the house, there is an electric charging station for free use by guests. The little house is just a few miles from the famous beach of Senigallia.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
