Vacation rentals with a fireplace in San Felice Circeo

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Každý den jsme využívali zahradu a ocenili jsme vlastní vstup na pláž. I když jsme 4 rodiny, pohodlně jsme se vešli a ubytování bylo velmi prostorné.

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Soggiornare da Anna Maria e Matteo è stato corroborante, ci ha permesso di "staccare la spina" e di recuperare le forze dopo un periodo stancante. La casa ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente caldo e familiare, complice le decorazioni natalizie, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era pulita, gli ambienti ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una vera chicca il proiettore al piano di sotto, che ha reso speciali le nostre serate in famiglia. Ringraziamo Matteo per la sua disponibilità e per i suggerimenti culinari.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und für eine Familie mit Kindern toll aufgeteilt. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer, sowie ein großes gemütliche ms Wohnzimmer. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den Katzen. Wir waren zweimal in Rom. 10 min zum Bahnhof mit dem Auto und dann nochmal 20 Minuten mit der Bahn nach Rom Termini, wirklich sehr unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

E’ stato un vero piacere soggiornare presso la casa di Veronica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo ed essendo in pieno centro storico di questo bellissimo borgo la sera abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata arrivando tra i vicoli resi ancora più suggestivi dalle luci notturne fino al bellissimo Castello Caetani che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di visitare la mattina successiva, malgrado fossimo in compagnia del nostro cane Milù. Una vera chicca di questa struttura è la grandissima vasca idromassaggio incastonata nella roccia posta al piano inferìore della casa. Davvero un soggiorno indimenticabile

Un grazie ad Edoardo per la sua cortesia ed efficienza, sempre pronto a dare una mano quando richiesto. L'appartamento è esattamente quello delle foto. Perfetto per me che dovevo sbrigare un poco di lavoro aspettando che mio figlio terminasse la sua crociera su barca a vela. Silenzioso e connessione veloce anche se con qualche , rara, instabilità. Anche in questo caso Edoardo si è subito offerto di cambiare il router cosa che io non ho reputato necessaria. Un solo avviso, si deve essere muniti di mezzo di trasporto perché negozi, bar e ristoranti sono a qualche chilometro.

Fantastisk koselig sted. Vi ble møtt av verten. Og fikk fin info. Høy musikk fra utested på natta. Koselig terrasse. Og flott strand.

Perfekt for oss midt i gamlebyen med en fantastisk helt usjenert takterrasse med 365 grader utsikt over byen og havet. Topp koselig leilighet med alt vi hadde behov for,- flott innredet med stue og et stort soverom og en koselig kontorplass. I tillegg til et bra kjøkken med alt vi hadde behov for. Midt i sentrum av gamlebyen med torg og flere restauranter i nærheten og en liten nærbutikk rundt hjørnet med ferske brød og alt vi trengte. Pulserende Italiensk liv. Så at noen i sin kommentar antydet støy fra restaurant på bakkeplan. Litt høylytt Italiensk på lørdag men for oss var det bare sjarmerende og det er bare å lukke vinduet så unngår man støyen. Så også i en kommentar at det manglet brannvarsler i leiligheten. Det stemmer ikke,- brannvarsler er montert. Oppsummering fra oss,- perfekt!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wat een fijn huis! Ondanks dat wij er voor een sterfgeval waren, hebben wij echt een thuisgevoel gehad. Mooie, rustige en schone woning. De communicatie was erg goed. Wij komen zeer zeker snel terug! Een mooie plek gevonden om vaker terug te keren in mijn vaderland. Bedankt voor alles.

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Gianluca was incredibly responsive and had a lovely home. His mother greeted us for check in and was incredibly sweet. She even helped us by offering to call ahead to a local restaurant before we went. Their home provided a great opportunity for my wife and I to see where my family originated from. The home had incredible views of the castle and mountains. We had a fantastic stay at the Airbnb and in Itri.

Hôte réactif ,emplacement de choix, si on possède un véhicule .tout le confort est présent tout est entretenu avec soins. Encore merci.

We had a really nice holiday in Anzio. The house is really big with lovely patio, garden and pool area. It is also walking distance from the beach. I recommend you to visit Anzio and Nettuno when staying there. Astermilyn was very helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and stores near by. The area is quiet and peaceful so renting a car is much recommended.

Ho scelto Villa Limonaia per accogliere alcuni amici in visita da Parigi, e posso dire con certezza che è stata la scelta perfetta: la villa rispecchia le foto, immersa nella natura, silenziosa, con il canto degli uccelli e un piccolo orto che aggiunge un tocco autentico. Gli interni in pietra sono curati e accoglienti. Ogni mattina ci svegliavamo circondati solo dai suoni della natura, senza rumori o disturbi. L’host è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e reattivo. Tutti i miei amici sono rimasti entusiasti dell’esperienza, e siamo ripartiti con il cuore pieno di gratitudine per i giorni trascorsi in questo luogo magico. Un luogo che rigenera, perfetto per chi cerca pace, bellezza e autenticità. La maison a très bien répondu à nos besoin de retrouvailles en famille. Chacun avait son espace et intimité et nous avons énormément apprécié nos repas sur la terrasse. Le jardin est magnifique. La maison est située dans un endroit calme et à proximité de la mer. Danilo est un hôte accueillant et s'est montré disponible pour répondre à nos questions et préoccupations.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente l'ampio spazio esterno, ideale per rilassarsi e per far giocare i bambini in tutta sicurezza. Le camere sono molto spaziose e complete di tutto il materiale necessario, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni. L'aria condizionata è stata un vero sollievo durante le giornate più calde. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare, permettendoci di esplorare facilmente la zona senza doverci spostare troppo. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l'accoglienza e il supporto di Paola, che è stata eccezionale dal primo momento. Ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti e assistiti in ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza serena e piacevole. Grazie di cuore a Paola per aver reso il soggiorno così speciale!

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

Siamo arrivati nel posto che ci aspettavamo: Tranquillo e dotato di tutto ciò che ti può servire, le foto non rendono giustizia alla stupenda natura che circonda questa casa. Certamente non è un posto adatto a chi si aspetta di trovare l’albergo a cinque stelle, ma sicuramente adatto a chi ama la quiete e la natura Sandro è stato molto gentile e attento a tutte le nostre necessità, dimostrandosi da subito accogliente e disponibile. Consigliato sicuramente a chi ama vivere la natura, e con l’auto in poco tempo, si può raggiungere un mare fantastico!
