The place looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and spotless. Laura and Silvio were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Very walkable area. Silvio met us at check in and gave very clear instructions to find nearby parking (covered lot with hourly rate; €15/24° max). Would stay there again. Thanks Laura and Silvio!

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, mitten in Ortigia, dennoch sehr ruhig, am Meer und eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Francescos Wohnung ist großzügig, sehr hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Du kannst vom Balkon aus den Leuchtturm und das Meer sehen. Der Self Check-In funktioniert wunderbar problemlos. Francesco ist ein guter Gastgeber und hat immer superschnell und unkompliziert kommuniziert. Er gibt Tipps für Besichtigungen (Danke, das Castello habe ich mir am Sonntag angeschaut!) und hilft bei allen Fragen. Das WiFi ist stabil und eignet sich auch gut für Videocalls, falls nötig. Ich würde in jedem Fall wiederkommen und kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt nur eine Gehminute vom Wasser entfernt, sodass man gerade Morgens einen herausragenden Blick auf das Meer hat. Generell ist Ortigia wahnsinnig schön und die Wohnung ist dabei am ruhigeren Ende der Halbinsel gelegen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man einwandfrei kochen konnte. Auch die moderne Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine hat es uns sehr bequem gemacht. Direkt gegenüber ein sympathisches Café, welches wir gerne besucht haben. Verbesserungswürdig ist das Sofa, welches keine Lehne hat, nur zwei Kissen, was das Sofa eher ungeeignet zum langen sitzen macht. Alles in allem war Salvatores Wohnung die angenehmste von mehreren, die wir auf unserer Reise besucht haben und wir empfehlen Sie wärmstens weiter.

Alloggio con accesso diretto a mare da cui è separata solo da 3 scalini, ottima area esterna e appartamento ampio dotato di tutto il necessario. La cucina è nuovissima e la doccia grande. Rosanna ci ha accolti mettendoci a disposizione tutti i beni di prima necessità. Comoda la lavatrice condivisa con l’altro appartamento. Veranda con tavolo e sedie sempre all’ombra. Sono stati forniti anche i teli mare. Davvero tutto perfetto! Rosanna e Angelo host disponibilissimi e discreti.

Abbiamo trascorso un mese fantastico presso questa accogliente abitazione a Scicli. Il nostro soggiorno è stato una combinazione perfetta di vacanza e lavoro da remoto per due liberi professionisti. L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto, e anche se ci sono alcune scale da fare per raggiungerlo, non è stato un problema per noi. All'interno, abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort e gli accessori necessari, e anche di più. La cucina era particolarmente ben attrezzata, il che ha reso più piacevoli le nostre cene casalinghe. La connessione ad internet, come immaginavamo per via della posizione, non è adatta ad un utilizzo continuativo per lavoro, ma questo non ha rovinato affatto la nostra esperienza complessiva. Ludovica e suo marito, i nostri host, sono stati estremamente disponibili e cordiali durante tutto il soggiorno. Comunicare con loro è stato facile e piacevole. Siamo grati per l'esperienza positiva e sicuramente torneremo in futuro. Grazie mille!

Great place close to Ortigia, walkable. Apartment was as described, the only thing to mention is there was construction outside the apartment, however little to no noise, very few workers. Didn’t interfere in enjoying our stay. Would recommend!

We enjoyed staying at this tiny stone cottage a lot. Our highlight: enjoying the evening and sunset on the terrace. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, but also beautiful Scicli is just 10 minutes away with lots of great restaurants. Felicity was also a great host, and always available for us in case of any question.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, fußläufig zum Strand und ins Zentrum. Eine Vielzahl von Restaurants in der Nähe, ein toller Ort. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Blick zur Marina, die Zimmer sind groß, 2 Bäder sind toll und die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Eine Empfehlung von uns ein paar Auflagen für die Stühle/ Liege für die Terrasse wären schön, macht es gemütlicher und vielleicht noch Weingläser, damit der Wein besser schmeckt, wenn man die Abende auf der Terrasse ausklingen lässt. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert 👍🏻

We had the best time at Villa Antica Aia! Nobody believed that we are really going to stay in such a lovely, clean house with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, a please to cook and eat inside and outside. I don’t need to describe more because the villa looks exactly like on the pictures!! Oriana is the best host we’ve ever had, very kind, polite and always helpful. She welcomed us with apperitivo, showed us around, explained everything, was always available for us in case of questions where to find something. Thank you again and see you next year!

I highly recommend Carmelo's place. It is in an excellent location, has a comfortable space, and is steps from the water. The area is quieter at the end of the street, yet still close to everything. I would stay there again.

Giuliana was a wonderful host – warm, welcoming, and always discreet. Her beautiful Shanti is a truly special place: the house is stunning, peaceful, and the pool adds a magical touch. We felt at home from the very first moment. Giuliana was always available with helpful suggestions and made our stay in Sicily even more enjoyable. Her kindness and care made a real difference. Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Nous sommes ravis de ces trois jours passés Syracuse chez Fabio. Le logement est extrêmement bien placé juste à côté d’Ortigia. nous avons facilement trouvé à nous garer. Le logement est bien équipé et très calme. Fabio toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, Je recommande.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das absolute Highlight ist die großzügige Außenterrasse mit einer weiteren Küche, Grill, Außendusche und sogar einer separaten Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es eine zweite Terrasse am Eingangsbereich, perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen – was in dieser Jahreszeit besonders angenehm war, da es nicht zu heiß war. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Stefania hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, war jederzeit erreichbar und stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bei ihr rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen und lieben es, lange Spaziergänge am Meer zu machen – besonders empfehlen können wir Donnalucata. Auch die Städte Syrakus, Modica und Ragusa Ibla haben uns mit ihrer Schönheit und Atmosphäre beeindruckt. Wir danken Stefania von Herzen ♥️!

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.
