The place looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and spotless. Laura and Silvio were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Very walkable area. Silvio met us at check in and gave very clear instructions to find nearby parking (covered lot with hourly rate; €15/24° max). Would stay there again. Thanks Laura and Silvio!

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

This place was better than what we had asked for. Very spacious, extremely clean, walkable to all the amazing restaurants and farmers market. Francesco responded right away to any questions we had about the area. I can't wait to come back and stay in this location and beautifully clean home.

Salvatore’s apartment was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location. Salvatore was quick and easy to communicate with, arrival was smooth, he provided local recommendations and was immediately on hand to help with any issues. We had one small problem with the hot water and within 30 minutes he sent his brother round to fix it. I would highly recommend staying here if in Ortigia.

Accommodation with direct access to the sea from which it is separated only by 3 steps, excellent outdoor area and spacious apartment equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is brand new and the shower is large. Rosanna welcomed us by providing us with all the basic necessities. The shared washing machine with the other apartment is convenient. Veranda with table and chairs always in the shade. Beach towels were also provided. Really everything perfect! Rosanna and Angelo are very helpful and discreet hosts.

We had a fantastic month at this cozy home in Scicli. Our stay was a perfect combination of vacation and remote work for two freelancers. The apartment was exactly as described, and although there are a few stairs to reach it, it was not a problem for us. Inside, we found all the necessary comforts and accessories, and even more. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, which made our home dinners more enjoyable. The internet connection, as we imagined because of the location, is not suitable for continuous use for work, but this did not ruin our overall experience at all. Ludovica and her husband, our hosts, were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Communicating with them was easy and enjoyable. We are grateful for the positive experience and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much!

Great place close to Ortigia, walkable. Apartment was as described, the only thing to mention is there was construction outside the apartment, however little to no noise, very few workers. Didn’t interfere in enjoying our stay. Would recommend!

We enjoyed staying at this tiny stone cottage a lot. Our highlight: enjoying the evening and sunset on the terrace. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, but also beautiful Scicli is just 10 minutes away with lots of great restaurants. Felicity was also a great host, and always available for us in case of any question.

We had an amazing stay at this incredible house in Marina di Ragusa! The property is stunning, with a breathtaking view of the marina and a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was absolutely fantastic—super helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had the best time at Villa Antica Aia! Nobody believed that we are really going to stay in such a lovely, clean house with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, a please to cook and eat inside and outside. I don’t need to describe more because the villa looks exactly like on the pictures!! Oriana is the best host we’ve ever had, very kind, polite and always helpful. She welcomed us with apperitivo, showed us around, explained everything, was always available for us in case of questions where to find something. Thank you again and see you next year!

I highly recommend Carmelo's place. It is in an excellent location, has a comfortable space, and is steps from the water. The area is quieter at the end of the street, yet still close to everything. I would stay there again.

Giuliana was a wonderful host – warm, welcoming, and always discreet. Her beautiful Shanti is a truly special place: the house is stunning, peaceful, and the pool adds a magical touch. We felt at home from the very first moment. Giuliana was always available with helpful suggestions and made our stay in Sicily even more enjoyable. Her kindness and care made a real difference. Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Apartment in the heart of Ortigia but off the beaten path, excellent location and communication always at the top. Quiet and cozy apartment. The small bar of "Irma la dolce" below the house is an extra point.

We are delighted with these three days spent in Syracuse at Fabio's. The accommodation is extremely well located right next to Ortigia. We easily found a place to park. The accommodation is well equipped and very quiet. Fabio is always available to answer any questions we may have. I recommend it.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

The apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The absolute highlight is the spacious outdoor terrace with another kitchen, grill, outdoor shower and even a separate toilet. In addition, there is a second terrace at the entrance area, perfect for enjoying the sunset – which was particularly pleasant this time of year as it was not too hot. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stefania welcomed us very warmly, was always available and always friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and welcome with her. We have made many excursions and love to take long walks by the sea – we can especially recommend Donnalucata. The cities of Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa Ibla also impressed us with their beauty and atmosphere. We thank Stefania from the bottom of our hearts♥️!

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.
