Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

Rade is located on the direct border to Hamburg between Nordheide and Altem Land on the southern city border to Hamburg. In 15 minutes you are in the city of Hamburg via the A1. Rade belongs to the joint municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and access, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. The cottage is located at the end of a private road in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and stands apart. No vacation homes close to each other, no through traffic – just peace, nature and privacy. A stork's nest is in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe dike and the Elbe cycle path are 200 m away; two bicycles are available free of charge.

Our vacation home on the Pulverbach is in a very quiet street directly by the forest. It has about 90 square meters. You have a terrace to linger and a garden at your disposal. The bus stop with direct connection to Hamburg is only 5 minutes away. The heath and the Heidschnuckenweg are also close by. For your bike there is a covered parking space that is not visible, right at the front door.

Kleine Auszeit in Salzhausen

Our cottage – the "little break" - is a sweet little family house with large garden located in the middle of beautiful Salzhausen. Salzhausen is conveniently located between Hamburg (40 kms) and Lüneburg (17 kms) on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. We have completed the complete renovation of the holiday home in 2020 and are now looking forward to our guests!
