Rural RetreatQuiet and isolated

Situated in the shadow of the South Downs National Park on a small rural road with hardly any neighbours our charming cottage is a great place from which to explore the unspoiled open countryside and its many footpaths around us. The nearest street light is two miles away. Owls, deer and the occasional nightingale are the only sounds in the middle of the night The cottage décor is fresh and modern with plenty of parking and a small decking area. A lovely 5 Bed Georgian period Town House, arranged over 4 floors, built around 1820. Just 100m to the Royal Pavilion. There is so much to do within walking distance including the beach and its attractions. The house itself was fully refurbished in 2018 to a very high specification, with Antique mirrors, French Corbeille beds and period furnishings. Great attention to detail and utilisation of the space allowing the property to cater for various sized groups. Beautiful design and ambience.
