Self contained 3 bedroom house with beautiful views, free parking, perfect base for exploring Brighton and the South Downs. By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :)

Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Perfect for those wishing to stay in the South Downs National Park after visiting Glyndebourne, Charleston Farmhouse or Firle Place. If it's walking you're after you can walk to the sea from the front door or up over the hills as the South Downs Way is only 150 metres away.

I will hopefully get to meet you on arrival, or there is a key box if not. Our family home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 25 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.
