Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This adoreable suite has its own enterance to the back of the house and is completely seperate for your own privacy. Off road parking is available at all times. The suite has its own bathroom with shower, sink basin and toilet.Also offer tea and coffee facilities. Located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes. 2 miles from Newhaven ferry port.

It has its own private entrance, lounge/dining space, kitchen with full-size oven and hob, a shower bathroom and a south-facing bedroom overlooking a leafy garden. Set in the quiet coastal village of Saltdean, just a few miles East of Brighton, you have an easy coastal drive into Brighton's town centre, or you can fetch a local bus into town that stops only a minute's walk away.

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed with white linens and a grey throw. Both bedside lamps are mounted on the wall. A wardrobe and a dresser with snacks and drinks appliances, including a microwave and kettle, are present. Light filters in through a nearby window.

Garden Studio with outdoor decking & seating area, self contained, very comfortable in beautiful Saltdean just outside Brighton. With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

Stylish, self-contained holiday let in Brighton

Self-contained annex - entrance leading to living room/kitchen area., bedroom with en-suite shower room….comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky but there is Netflix…annex is within the house, so although self contained there is a shared element. I work p/t but will respond to queries asap. I don’t charge cleaning fee and provide some breakfast items as a gesture.

Beautiful, modern, self-contained annexe with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoy easy access to central Brighton but relax in peaceful Saltdean if it all gets a bit hectic. Our annexe is located within walking distance to all Saltdean’s attractions including the beach, Lido, South Downs and Saltdean Oval and 1 minute from the bus that will take you into Brighton. We also enjoy easy access by bus to Eastbourne or popular beauty spots including Cuckmere Haven.

This self contained stylish mini annexe lovely single room offers complete privacy in a great location. We are situated on the cliff top in Telscombe Cliffs with amazing views of the sea. We are an open friendly home with a lovely atmosphere where everyone is made very welcome. The room is quiet and peaceful. It's perfect for everyone who wants to get a way from it all or for those who wish to head into Brighton for work or pleasure (Brighton is only 10 minutes by bus).
