Villa Monacelli - private villa with swimming pool

AinsleyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

Villa w/ Wine Tours Near Beach

FedericaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We stayed for 3 nights with my family for a total of 10 people at the end of March. The farmhouse is in a fabulous location with stunning views, surrounded by vineyards and narrow streets that can also be reached on foot. A few kilometers away you can reach the nearest town and it is not far from Urbino and the coast. The farmhouse is on 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a large dining room and an industrial kitchen with a living room and a bathroom. On the second floor (connected by elevator) are the bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are clean and welcoming. The radiators worked very well. It was great to have breakfast all together and enjoy the farmhouse in the evening. We'll be back!

CASA DEL MONTE in total relaxation

StinaRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️
A spacious terrace is furnished with comfortable seating, including a sofa and chairs arranged around a wooden coffee table. Lush green plants add touch of nature, while the modern building offers views of the surrounding area under a clear blue sky.

Villa in the Marche region with a pool and panoramic view

KatrinRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The apartment was ideal for us as a family of six: 3 bedrooms each with a double bed or bunk bed (one of them, however, very small with bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a large room with kitchen, living room and dining table. There is also a covered balcony with seating furniture. The garden including pool is beautifully landscaped. You can tell that there is a lot of heart and soul in it! You have a wonderful view on all sides. There is plenty to do in the area, even the nearby Fossombrone is pretty. Niccolo lives on the ground floor, the rented apartment is on the first floor, which makes communication easy. But he also always responded quickly by message. Absolutely recommended!

Apartment in a period building

The apartment is utterly glorious - beautiful, elegant and yet also very comfortable. The decor is fabulous and there is fascinating history evident everywhere. The views across to the sea and countryside are stunning. We had a wonderful time. The village and surrounding area are delightful, and there are fantastic places to visit further afield - we loved Urbino, San Marino and Gardara. Eugenio and his wife could not have been more helpful and welcoming - we had travel difficulties and their offers of help made us feel so reassured when arriving in a new place. We are counting the days until we can come back!

L'Arenaria Holiday House

KatrinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed a week at Nicola's house, and we thought it was very nice! A cozy, lovingly refurbished old house in a great location on the edge of a very nice little town. The house is very quiet, in the evening you can see crowds of fireflies and hear the frogs croaking. Fratte Rosa is a pretty little village in a great location with wonderful views, and although the place is very small, there is an unusually good infrastructure, e.g. a baker, a pharmacy, a butcher, small restaurants, etc. You can also make great excursions in all directions. A big recommendation from us!
A trampoline is situated outdoors, surrounded by lush greenery and maturing trees. It features a safety netting and displays an individual performing a backflip in mid-air, showcasing the recreational opportunity provided by the spacious garden.

Casa Mombaroccio

MaartjeRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Great (short) stay. We had to leave early due to personal circumstances. We visited in October and Tina did mention there is no central heating. There are two fire stoves and the bedrooms have electric panels. We were not cold. It's a very rustic place, so be prepared to live close to nature :-) The view is extraordinaire. Quick, great communication with an extensive welcome guide. Thanks for the stay!
