This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

It is small, clean, stylish, comfortable and central to everything. Walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, shops, government offices, parks, recreation, theatres and more. Two blocks from the Amtrak Station. Less than 10 minutes from Novant and VA hospitals, colleges, Food Lion HQ. 20-45 minutes to Concord/Kannapolis/Charlotte.

Cherry Treesort "Nona's Nest"

This beautiful treehouse is the 4th on the Cherry Treesort property. It is located at the back of the farm with plenty of parking. It features a queen bed in the main bedroom, a pull out couch bed and a set of bunk beds. It has a complete bathroom with flushing toilet and shower. It also has a microwave, toaster, Keurig, and fridge. Heat and AC are also a luxury in this house. On the grounds outside the property we have a great rustic fire pit with plenty of outdoor swings and hammocks.
