The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

In the front row with sea view, the ground floor apartment has a patio for outdoor dining, sun loungers in the garden, and a shower to cool off outdoors. The interior consists of a kitchen with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower; recently renovated with fine furnishings, it has air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. Within walking distance it was used by various shops and of course, charming beaches.
