You immediately feel comfortable and at home here! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's whining at a high level. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! Great private location with plenty of parking right in front of the house. The space was huge, clean, and had a beautiful outdoor patio that made it easy to relax. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. I absolutely loved it here—would definitely come back!

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We had a great stay at Graziella‘s apartment! The apartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need, the communication was really easy and it has a nice location to visit all the beautiful beaches around! All in all, we can highly recommend to stay here.

It is a new recently built house and we were one of the first ones to stay over. The flat was very clean, the bathroom big and overall fully equipped including. towels, kitchen appliances, shower soap, etc. The hosts were amazing and very kind and shared with us many recommendations; making it very easy for our stay. The location is very good, very close to the Port, beaches and supermarkets. Definitely recommended 💪

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

We loved our stay at Mirella’s place! The house is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We traveled by car around Sardinia, and the location was easy to reach. Set on a hilltop, the home offers stunning sunsets, peaceful bird songs, and a perfect setting to reconnect with nature.

We loved Andrea’s place, it is beautifully decorated, comfortable, centrally located. We felt at home and will definitely miss it!

We were looking for something quiet with our dog and were very happy with the location, the garden and the quiet surroundings. Above all, it is a beautiful and modern place where we felt immediately comfortable. Modern kitchen, great amenities even with dishwasher and washing machine. We enjoyed Marco's place very much! Even in advance, we were warmly looked after by Christine, his manager – with a lot of commitment, great tips and fast communication. Among other things, we were allowed to check in earlier, received recommendations and received precise directions to the accommodation. The apartment was well equipped and we liked it – we were particularly pleased with the wine and water provided as a welcome - a nice gesture! The location is great: beach, restaurants, supermarket and ice cream parlors are within walking distance – we could often leave the car. Near the harbor, you have to expect a few mosquitoes, but that hardly bothered us. A huge thank you to Christine, who always responded quickly, kindly and warmly – that's not a given! You can tell that the focus here is on people. 🙏🏻

Spacious finca surrounded by nature, located in a cul-de-sac (do not be fooled by Google Maps) with only a few inhabitants. The equipment is good and the service is great. Those who prefer hard mattresses will sleep like a baby. There are high-quality insect screens in front of all windows and doors. Thumbs up. Restaurants and supermarkets are about 10-15 minutes away. Sam is very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

We had a great time staying at the place. There was everything you needed. The kitchen had everything you could want. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The accommodation has a beautiful view and is super located to visit many beaches in the area. In the morning you can see the sunrise and in the evening it is very quiet there. An all-around perfect place to stay for our family vacation in Sardinia. The apartment is quiet, but restaurants and a supermarket are within easy reach. Particularly beautiful was the large garden with a turtle – our son was thrilled. The apartment is well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The covered outdoor area was perfect for eating and relaxing and significantly expanded the living space. Graziella, the landlady, was very helpful and had great recommendations for child-friendly beaches. A real plus: on the day of departure, we were allowed to stay until the evening – a great relief with a child. We would come back. Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a quiet and family-friendly apartment.

Maddalena’s place was absolutely perfect!! The house is beautiful, perfectly cleaned, modern, and the host was so kind. Present at check in, dropped off pastries, answered messages within minutes of we had any questions. The location is perfect too - walkable to amazing restaurants (we really like Retro), grocery, a bar.

Excellent and very well equipped apartment with a beautiful veranda and garden (private). Simona kindly showed us around and explained everything. Very well equipped kitchen. Sofa bed sleeps well. Beach, harbor and village within walking distance. Also other nice places close by. In short, an excellent place to have a pleasant stay!

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.
