The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Rent stone house

On the edge of vineyards and the Gironde estuary, you can visit the historic village of Bourg-sur-Gironde (5 km) as well as the city of Blaye and its prestigious Citadel, classified by UNESCO (9 km). In the heart of the largest vineyards of Bordeaux, you will taste wines in sumptuous castles and also enjoy the proximity of Bordeaux (40 km), Médoc (Boat from Blaye) and Royan (80 km).

Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!
