Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron

A very nice apartment overlooking the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The property is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and downtown La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The property is also within walking distance of the train station.

Very pleasant stay in a quiet area but close to beaches and the Port de la Cotinière. Small but functional and very well arranged accommodation; small terrace with enough space to dine or have breakfast. But above all a very warm welcome from our host Muriel, discreet and smiling, we wish we had more time to get to know each other. But 5 days it goes by quickly and we went, with our 7-year-old grandson, to discover the charms of this wild and beautiful island and the activities it offered us. Super Host, large and bright apartment with a very nice decor and lots of facilities. View from the window of the pretty building of the Marché des Marennes with its Baltard-style architecture and the three restaurants less than a minute away. 10 min by bike to the beach (thank you for the bike:)). The large parking lot of Place Carnot is 100 m away. Special mention for the layout of the apartment (there must be about twenty light points and sockets and the kitchen is used with much more than the essentials). Thank you for everything, we'll be back with pleasure.

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful house on the island of Oléron. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: the house is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The environment is quiet, green and ideal to unwind. The location is perfect for exploring the island easily. A huge thank you to our host, who was welcoming, available and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Martine's cozy attached cottage is a perfect place to stay in St. Georges. The apartment is great for two people and Martine has supplied just about any convenience you can think of. The bed was very comfortable, parking was right in front, patios in front and in back. We loved the wall of jasmine in front. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach (shorter if you have a bike - which many people do). Also, there is a couple great restaurants close by. Martine is lovely and was very flexible with our check in time. She always got back to us very quickly. I would highly recommend this cute little beach abode.

Nicolas' house is full of charm and you immediately feel at home. It is well equipped and very clean. Its central location makes it easy to visit Oléron. The bike rental is really a plus. Nicolas is a thoughtful host and very concerned about our well-being. I would highly recommend this home .

Excellent week of vacation, ideal location on the island to enjoy the Cotinière on foot (shops, restaurants, beaches...) The house and the outdoors (with the possibility of parking a vehicle) are perfect and in accordance with the descriptions to fully enjoy our stay. Olivier is a considerate and friendly host, we enjoyed the exchanges before and during our stay. We had a great vacation and would recommend Olivier's house. We plan on coming back soon. Very nice renovation for this small quiet house 15 min walk to the beach. Ideal for couples or a small family. We enjoyed the large enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and contact with Sébastien is very fluid and friendly. Perfect stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Marielle and Jean Claude's very well located apartment. We were able to enjoy their beautiful terrace. The residence is very well maintained and very quiet. Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

Great welcome, clean apartment

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.
